**What do you like best about IOdesk?**

Live AI chat with multilingual self-service features. Connecting with the team is also a very useful feature of the ticket management system and shared mailboxes along with contact forms.

**What do you dislike about IOdesk?**

There is nothing to dislike because this is an AI-powered chat support and self-service support that resolves most of the queries.

**What problems is IOdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticket management system and integrated support systems that reduce IT issues.
