Have been a premium customer for a while, but it's only recently that I started maxing out the functionalities of InVideo. It's a powerhouse.

The stock collection and the video addon elements, templates are just the right assets you need to create stunning videos.

Add to this a top-notch customer support headed by Aditya. He was able to guide me and resolve an editing issue I faced recently. Not only did he get on a phone call, he also got on a zoom call and walked me through what needs to be done to achieve the desired result.

This platform has a user-friendly interface and numerous unique video, image, and music options to choose from while creating and editing videos. I especially appreciate that, unlike other similar platforms, the free trial version of this website doesn't have a date limit. Additionally, they have excellent customer service and give tutorials on making your videos stand out. Furthermore, there are several pre-made templates to choose from, making content creation more efficient and fun! Lastly, the text-to-speech option is very time-saving as well. Everything, especially the customer service! Invideo has tons to offer for a great price and is constantly changing and modifying to make their service better. I love how they listen to their customer and implement changes based on feedback. The tools, music options, video clips, and graphics are all great too. They have tons of templates that make creating videos fun and quick, or they offer the option to make it all from scratch. You can upload your own media- a feature I love! The learning curve is not steep, even the most inexperienced beginner can easily navigate and create professional-looking videos.

Most importantly, is their customer service; it is exemplary! I have not found anyone with a better, more dedicated service. If ever I have an issue or problem, I know that their live chat is available, and someone will help me right away. I do not have to wait for anyone to get back with me, help is instant. I would love to see a "zoom" feature available on projects. My eyes are not what they used to be...It can be difficult to see the screen viewing area, and zooming in on my browser does not work. I would also love the ability to organize and categorize my own uploaded media. It would save time if there were a way to organize it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool has not kept up with its competitors. Invideo is lacking in stock videos, and their video editor is not intuitive and is far less powerful than most of the software in this category. As a company, I have found the team at Invideo to be dishonest in their business practices which is always a bad sign when considering the future of a tool you invest in for your business. They initially raised money running a special lifetime offer promising the early investors future updates in exchange for "buying in" to their unknown company. They then created a pricing scheme to cheat those same early adopters out of that promise, violating the spirit of the agreement.

That alone is enough for me to say take a hard pass at Invideo, but the Customer Service is actually another reason to avoid this tool. I have found them to be shockingly rude and unhelpful, which surprises me considering the amount of money that we had spent with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

InVideo has a bit of a learning curve in editing videos, but they've come a long way. What I like most about their software is the blog to article feature. If you're repurposing content (you should be), this feature can save you countless hours converting an article into a video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As I mentioned above, there is a bit of a learning curve to using their software, and it can be buggy at times. That being said, their support team is phenomenal and very responsive.

They have attractive pre-made templates and I am able to search and find the one to suit my needs easily.

I like that they have brand presets which helps me set the logo and brand colours to get the editing done even more quickly.

The video rendering is fast and I can easily redo the same template in different dimensions.

They are going to launch an android map too as per the recent public roadmap, which would help me download the video on my mobile device directly for sharing, as currently I only find the option to download the video via the web app on the browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
