"Misleading pricing and credit trap - Avoid the Max Plan"

What do you like best about invideo?

The initial concept of AI-driven video creation and the 'Instant Message' template look promising on paper. The interface for script-to-video is relatively clean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about invideo?

The credit system is a total trap. I paid $60 for the Max Plan, expecting the advertised minutes, but real AI generation consumes credits so fast that I only got 2 minutes of video. When you try to edit or regenerate, it asks for more credits. Support refuses refunds even within 24 hours of purchase, hiding behind obscure policies.
