"Dependable RFP Solution with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Inventive?

As someone who's led proposal teams for over a decade, I’ve seen a lot of "RFP software" promise the world and deliver chaos. Inventive AI is different. We brought it in to address one critical pain point: the hidden risk of manual proposal work in high-stakes deals. What I like most is how the platform reduces operational risk without slowing us down. It’s not just about faster answers it’s about dependable ones. Conflicts are flagged early, content is sourced properly, and their support is ridiculously fast. We've had real-time help from engineers mid-submission. That kind of reliability is rare in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inventive?

We’d love deeper analytics around content health — which source material is stale, what’s underused, etc. It’s improving, but for teams managing large libraries, this would be a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate, Context-Aware AI That Truly Understands Our Product"
5/5
What do you like best about Inventive?

Most AI tools I’ve used give you surface-level answers that need heavy editing. Inventive is the opposite. The responses feel like they were written by someone who knows our product and how we sell. It pulls from approved content, handles context really well, and saves me from the back-and-forth with SMEs. The accuracy has made a noticeable difference in how fast we can move. What do you dislike about Inventive?

It would be great to have more visibility on usage of the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
