The best things about this software is its security , it provides 2 factor authentication and uses AES-256 encryption technique. It also has great feature of adding extension to the browser to provide ease while logging in to the websites. One of the best things that I liked is its ease of use and support as it works on android , ios , windows . **What do you dislike about Intuitive Password?** The user interface is bit complex as more and more features are their which confuses user. Backup and Recovery feature is not provided in its free plan and it is bit expensive . It happened to me so often that I would forget the password and had to reset the passwords again and again. I appreciate that they allow the user to write a security question themselves instead of selecting from a drop-down. **What do you dislike about Intuitive Password?** The overall feel of the website's interface looks very old age and basic. It needs to be more easy on the eye and at the same time a bit more interactive. In this day and age, it is recommended to have different password on different accounts. I don't even remember how many times I have to reset my password because it was forgotten. I like how they made it like a notebook where you can put notes and they even have a website area for you to remind yourself. **What do you dislike about Intuitive Password?** I don't know why it is necessary to have two sections "Public" and "Private". For me all passwords are private and should not be shared with anyone. I mainly have an issue with the display. It was not very appealling for users to view. It feels like it can use some more work in developing it, especially if the idea is for a electronic notebook for password. People tend to look for good design notebook as they have to view it daily. **What problems is Intuitive Password solving and how is that benefiting you?** I quickly realized how often I used Intuitive Password as I have literally 50+ passwords. There are regular updates for when the password will be expiring and details of groups with whom the password has been shared. We can secure and store our passwords in folders and there is no limit on the number of folders created. The encryption is military grade which makes it truly secure. I like the chrome extension. It works well and makes logging into my accounts easy.
