The lifetime storage deal was what attracted me to Internxt in the first place. I purchased a 10 TB lifetime plan, which offered a tremendous amount of cloud storage for a one-time payment rather than an ongoing monthly or annual subscription. As someone who uses multiple cloud and backup services, I liked the idea of having a large amount of additional storage available long-term without recurring costs. The value proposition was excellent and was the main reason I chose Internxt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer support has been extremely poor, almost arrogant, and my experience has made me question whether Internxt can be relied upon for important data. On the few occasions I have needed support, responses have been very slow, brief, and often incomplete. Getting an issue resolved feels like pulling teeth. My latest experience is much more serious. I purchased a 10 TB lifetime account, but when I recently logged in, my paid account had disappeared. It had been downgraded to a free 1 GB account, and I could no longer access the files I had stored there. I contacted support through both their online support system and email. Despite what I consider an urgent issue for any cloud storage provider, it took almost a week to receive a meaningful response. I provided the requested information and proof of my account, yet more than 10 days after reporting the problem, I still did not have access to my 10 TB account or my files. Fortunately, I was using Internxt as a secondary backup rather than my only copy of important data. Based on this experience, I would not trust Internxt as my primary storage location for important or irreplaceable files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
