It is easy to use on the client side and their tech support and service is seamless. The best part of their service is that there are rarely issues with our email. When there is a upgrade or service outage we are informed in advance and it has rarely affected our work. Our original admin left the company and we've got locked out of the Intermedia account with no chances to login since Intermedia just spams me with automated messages "Unfortunately, the email address you are currently using '@email' is also not listed as an account administrator on the account in question. Please have one the listed account owner or administrators on your account owner contact us directly at the number below so we can assist you with your request." MY ADMIN HAS LEFT THE COMPANY, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET HIM LOGIN???
