Intenseye Pricing Overview

I really like that Intenseye is an innovative solution, offering something that no one else does. It provides a safer workspace with integrated cameras into our production equipment, giving us valuable insights into what's happening on our production floor, which we couldn't normally see. I also value how the system is integrated and tied to our equipment, stopping when it recognizes unsafe acts. The dashboard and everything associated with it are crucial for using and dialing the system. The true functionality of Intenseye as it works on the line is what I use the most. One thing that could be improved is the communication through meeting invites. I get a lot of emails a day, sometimes five to 10 email cancellations for meetings and then five to 10 new meetings put on my calendar. So streamlining or consolidating that would be helpful. Also, there's a lot of room for improvement in the dashboard to make it more user-friendly and effective without needing to be an expert. What I like best about Intenseye is its ability to continuously monitor our facility and proactively detect unsafe behaviors without the need for manual observation. The AI-powered system effectively highlights risk-prone areas, helping us focus our safety efforts where they’re needed most. The interface is also intuitive and easy to use, both on desktop and mobile. While Intenseye provides valuable insights and a solid foundation for proactive safety management, there are a few areas with room for improvement.

The technical support response times can occasionally be slower than expected, especially when urgent issues arise. Additionally, some of the AI detections may require fine-tuning to better align with our specific site conditions and workflows.
