**What do you like best about Intelo.ai?**

Intelo’s flexibility in feature enhancements allows them to custom tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of your organization. Unlike many other vendors, Intelo never outright refuses a request. Instead, they approach challenges as a true partner, with a vested interest in our success. Their seamless integration with our tools provides a unified view of customer health across teams. Even when faced with a potential roadblock, Intelo consistently offers a workaround or solution within their platform that meets our business requirements

**What do you dislike about Intelo.ai?**

If I had to point out a concern, it would be the occasional misses or mistakes when presenting visuals to leadership within my organization. These issues are often due to inaccuracies in data from third-party sources or misinterpretations.

Another potential issue is the need for manual input from project reporters. Requiring end users to report multiple items into Intelo could impact scalability over time.

**What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intelo presents customer project health, progress, events, and results in an organized and effective manner. Using Intelo as the reporting platform for our projects provides clear visibility for leadership and internal teams on the overall health of our customer base.

With the recent revamping of the events framework, customer growth teams will now find it easier to report on key milestones for a project. This enhancement also helps adjacent internal teams with resource allocation for critical events like go-lives or upgrades.

Additionally, Intelo serves as a reliable summary report for all projects that have completed the sales cycle. Users can log into Intelo to see a comprehensive breakdown of teams, use cases, progress towards KPIs, and overall health in one user-friendly platform. This has significantly reduced the need for information hunting at Ushur and streamlined the onboarding process for new team members.

**What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integrations with SFDC and our PM toll is strong. This allows me to co-mingle Account Health and status data with specific Project Health data.
Most impressive is the willingness of Intelo to listen to my reporting needs - and how they responded and delivered a customized report that now allows me to broadcast and show major Events across our client base that affects all areas of our business.   I have not seen this in other CSM tools and the collaboration and partnership - specifically Praseetha - that has and continues to demonstrate is off the charts.
I use the dashboards and customized reports to measure Risk, Health, opportunities of our base to the whole company

**What do you like best about Intelo.ai?**

The visibility of AI tools and user-friendly interface make it one of the leading AI tools we have currently. Its ease of integration witl existing systems make it more versatile  for business of all solutions. with better customer support and ease onf implementation make it a must tool for businesses.

Features are user friendly thus i didnt find any option to dislike it

**What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an apt tool for data analysis and insights for a large dataset that makes it outstanding tool.The tool helps in personalized experience and better results.With this tool a comprehensive fall in costs is happening and in the mean time better productivity is gained.

**What do you like best about Intelo.ai?**

Cami.ai does the maximum work for us. My team is now addicted to this software. We absolutely love the insights of provides.
My customer success team gets all the data and insights easily via Cami.ai

**What do you dislike about Intelo.ai?**

I believe that this software still has a lot to do in terms of the NLP enabled Conversational engine. They must train it well because at this moment it takes time for my team to connect to it.

**What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artificial Intelligence has come a long way and this software very well knows how to use it for a good purpose. My team has benefited from its automated playbooks and AI Insights. We now know what needs to be done for customer success.

**What do you like best about Intelo.ai?**

The best thing about Cami.ai is their partnership. They are very collaborative and when we bring a CS operations question or problem to them, they do not hesitate to jump in and brainstorm to find a solution.  What I also love is that is not a heavy, cumbersome system. CSMs don't need yet another place to maintain data. Cami brings all the relevant data together for the CSMs without duplicate entry.

**What do you dislike about Intelo.ai?**

I would love to be able to access all the wonderful data that Cami collates and generates to build reporting and analytics. However, I know this is in their roadmap.

**What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Health scoring based on multiple data-driven aspects, CSM workspace and enablement, playbook automation.

**What do you like best about Intelo.ai?**

Cami.ai provides us with extremely clear insights into our customer health all while giving our Account Managers explicitly clear direction on how to keep information/interactions up-to-date for adequate reporting. The implementation provided an incredible business value-add to our team as we now have one tool to view a customer's health and journey on an aggregate level. The tool is intuitive, easily navigated, and provides us the business insights we need and no data that is irrelevant or unuseful. Through Cami.AI's detailed integration configuration, their team is able to recognize areas that call for data cleanliness so as to continually present data quality standards that meet and exceed our own expectations. Beyond those already impressive attributes, the team is quick to consider and implement specific requests necessary for our use case, making the tool feel even more personalized for our business as we continue on in our partnership.

**What do you dislike about Intelo.ai?**

The tool is learning and growing with us and while it may occasionally seem like there are gaps in the intuition at the start of onboarding, the programmed learning gets smarter as we go along. I can't wait to see where it continues to take us!

**What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The capability to see an aggregate view of customer health aspects, ability to track usage trends of our product (and the insights that come with those trends), and viewability of data points that drive/support our customer communications, are some of the biggest benefits this tool provides.

**What do you like best about Intelo.ai?**

Cami is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. I LOVE that I can go to Slack and talk to Cami directly by entering Pulses, look up Customers, etc. Our onboarding process with the Cami team has been one of the best experiences I've had with a new product. They listen to our requests, understand our needs, and work hard to complete projects quickly. We feel valued and seen as a customer, their team is now like family to us! Cami is quickly becoming a one-stop shop for all of the data that we review on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Intelo.ai?**

Cami is still fairly new so features are still being rolled out, but I love that we get to grow together and that our suggestions are really being taken into consideration. It truly is a team effort!

**What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that Cami is pushing insights and data instead of needing to pull data when you compare to other platforms. As you input information into Cami, it learns what you need as it gets to know you more. Cami is saving our team precious time and keeping us on track!

**What do you like best about Intelo.ai?**

The Cami platform has been an amazing tool for us.  The insights it provides into our customer health and our customer engagement with our platform make it a most effective tool to help us improve retention and reduce churn.   The tool itself is very intuitive and very user-friendly.  The AI interface gets better and better the more we use it, it truly feels like this is a tool built specifically for us, our company, and our customers.  Most importantly, the customer service provided by the team is second-to-none.  Not only do they support our growth and understanding of the platform, but they also listen when we make recommendations and have implemented suggestions we have needed for our particular business.

**What do you dislike about Intelo.ai?**

This is a newer tool and there is functionality that has not been built out yet.  It would be wrong to assume that this is a hindrance.  The possibilities of Cami that have been shared with us are very exciting, we look forward to a continued partnership with the team and the future growth of this platform.

**What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a growing company, we often work with the squeaky wheels that demand the attention.  Cami has allowed us to focus on the customer accounts that need to be serviced and we are moving to be proactive rather than being reactive.

**What do you like best about Intelo.ai?**

I have used many customer success software in the past, including gainsight  and clientsuccess. The biggest issue I have seen is that, they are all reporting tools and my customer success team needs to spend time with the tool and be in it everyday to run reports instead of the tool working for them. We love Cami.AI because it pulls all the data for us and pushes the insights we need to know so that we can work with our customers based on the insights provided. 

1. Push-based insights than pull-based. We know exactly when our customers are at risk and customer health truly is an aggregate of every information we have.
2. Upsell insights. We have a really busy CSM team and Cami insights help us know where to focus our attention and sell more.
3. Personalized to who you are and what you care about

**What do you dislike about Intelo.ai?**

This is the best customer success tool we have used so far. The dashboard experience is more modern than any other CS tool, but we would love to see the Cami team push the limits there.

**What problems is Intelo.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Cami helped reduce Churn this YTD as compared to the previous year by about 26%
2. We had 8 Cami identified upsells that we wouldn't have identified other wise that adds up to an ARR of $350 K ( 20% of the upsells we booked so far )
3. Our CSMs are scaling faster and better
