Cost efficiency and professionalism in customer services delivery. The product provides a platform where maintenance services of fleets and insurance can be managed. It gives a comprehensive view of order delivery from departure to route tracking and message notification on fleet arrival. Ease in customization and quality features differentiates the product from its competitors. Unlimited frequency of implementation. We use the software to manage more than 10 cargo fleets and the platform works Swiftly without glitches. **What do you dislike about IntelliTrans Global Visibility Platform?** The product is flawless. You can also track other devices and equipment. It makes it easy to observe the movement off shipments and gives the customer comfort in being able to view movement of and have a schedule to receive their items. **What do you dislike about IntelliTrans Global Visibility Platform?** Limited customization options are available nevertheless it is notably a productivity enhancer. **What problems is IntelliTrans Global Visibility Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** IntelliTrans Global Visibility Platform enhances visibity of shipments making it eay to track locations and schedule of movement. It helps to manage customers expectations and gives them a degree of peace of mind having the comfort that they know where their items are. ### 3. Moving multiple cars at once and resequencing at the same time as needed are a great use to me as I'm in a production plant and time is of the essence. GVP is quick and easy to use. I also appreciate the frequent updates to the site to keep it running smoothly. **What do you dislike about IntelliTrans Global Visibility Platform?** I generally dislike all browser-based apps and programs due to browser flakiness. I feel a standalone program might work better, though harder to keep up-to-date. I use the site every 2-ish hours when I'm on shift at work and would like the ability to set the auto log-out timer a bit longer than it currently is. Though that is absolutely minor and not even a complaint about GVP itself. **Recommendations to others considering IntelliTrans Global Visibility Platform:** As i'm uncertain what other options GVP offers, I don't feel like my input should be considered. GVP is, however, a great tool for railcar fleet management and ease of use! **What problems is IntelliTrans Global Visibility Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mainly use GVP to update railcar comments, seal numbers and statuses/blocks. From what I gather from my peers it's pretty easy to get additions/amendments as our needs change. I've noticed lately we've had some colour-coding added to help identify at a glance what type of car is what and that helps streamline my work in the yard. ### 4.
