Having used the software for several years, this reviewer appreciates its quick learning curve and streamlined access to necessary documents across just three tabs. The limitation is that promised updates and module integrations can take significantly longer than expected, causing some frustration.

One of the more helpful aspects of instantGMP is that it provides a single system for maintaining GMP-related documentation and records. Having documents, production records, specifications, training records, and quality events housed within the same platform can be beneficial from an organizational and traceability standpoint. One of the biggest advantages of instantGMP is its cost compared to other electronic quality management systems. Prior to instantGMP, we used MasterControl, which was approximately four times the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is not user friendly and doesn't communicate with other modules very well. There is a lot of busy work involved that could be simplified and getting critical fixes takes a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
