InsightGig Operating Layer Reviews & Product Details

InsightGig is the agentic operating layer for AI-led market research. It gives insight teams production-grade infrastructure to run research end to end with AI, and gives the wider organisation a trusted way to use that research, with every answer traceable to evidence. Researcher-first, no coding, no technical setup. AI in market research rarely fails at the model. It fails in the operations around it: data preparation, workflow orchestration, governance and context. InsightGig is built for that layer, across three products. InsightGig Desktop: the AI-native workbench for research teams Connect a project folder and work through chat. InsightGig organises files, converts documents to AI-ready markdown, transcribes audio and video, and scans every input for PII, secrets and prompt injection before it reaches a model. Research-specific agent workflows handle qualitative coding, quantitative analysis, data cleaning, desk research with source evaluation, cross-study synthesis, multi-modal emotion analysis and social media analysis. QA loops counter-read the analysis, verify evidence and flag confidence, and output security checks every deliverable. Reports are generated as formatted Word and PowerPoint files in your own folder. Your data stays on your machine; the only outbound traffic is the AI model call. Core infrastructure layers are open source. InsightGig Cloud: consumer intelligence for the whole organisation Your organisation has already paid for the answers. InsightGig Cloud turns past surveys, reports and qualitative studies into a shared, persistent knowledge base. Brand managers, product leads, regional heads and the CMO ask questions in plain language and get evidence-backed answers in minutes, with line-level citations to source documents and visible reasoning summaries. Separate projects keep each brand or category's sources apart, role-based access lets a small group curate what goes in, and prepaid credits with per-member limits keep AI spend predictable. InsightGig Twins: digital twins built from your research data Ask questions of what your past studies already measured. Each twin is built and validated by InsightGig on your trackers, U&As, stimulus tests and qualitative projects, and answers only within the limits its data supports, telling you when a question falls outside them. Rigour before capability. Built for insight teams, research agencies and the business teams they serve, InsightGig has run more than 100 projects and implementations across enterprise customers and agencies, including Tata Consumer Products, Titan and TVS. InsightGig won Bronze for Research Impact at the ESOMAR Global Awards 2026.
