What problems is INS Global solving and how is that benefiting you?

INS Global has helped us expand to the United States. We are a construction company based in Guatemala, and although we did have personnel in the US, we needed a home-based HR expert to deal with the recruitment process in the US. What do you like best about INS Global?

We liked their total commitment and engagement in supporting us from the beginning. It was challenging for us to expand and find expertise in Belize, so right from the start, we needed a lot of support in the HR area. What do you dislike about INS Global?

Although INS Global helped us find expertise in Belize, which was a kind of light at the end of the tunnel, we also needed help in other critical nearby countries. Unfortunately, INS Global wasn't available in those countries by then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

INS Global didn’t keep us blind, as some other companies did before. They were transparent in the entire process right from the beginning. Although being based in Shanghai, China, INS Global, simplified our expansion and HR management to South Korea. We are not a large company, so we needed cost-efficient PEO.
