**What do you like best about inQuba Journey Cloud?**

The tracking of customer interactions to gain insights into the psychology of our client's shopping behaviour. Also allows us to make changes based on pain points experienced and or use more of what has been received well in their journey.

**What do you dislike about inQuba Journey Cloud?**

I do not have enough experience using the integration to be able to comment here fully. However, for me, the ideal service would be something that can be easily adapted to each organization. Also, that allows flexibility to deep dive as needed and focuses on areas that need optimization in an accessible format that is easy to understand and change at will.

**What problems is inQuba Journey Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, this is hard to answer. Our current work with Inquba has helped us identify pain points faster and create viable solutions from this. The text analytics and sentiment are also very helpful features

The platfom is easy to use and gain the insight required

In some instances there is additional analysis required to get to the root cause of the issue, bvut this is not a negative against the platfrom, but rather just the nature of the beast.

It helps us focus on where we should imporve our customer journey.

Identify different themes negatively impacting the customer experience. We must take it lower to get to the natural root causes.

Nothing so far,I have been using it since April, I think.

I like that it gives you a full view of the customer experience journey and touchpoints.

**What do you dislike about inQuba Journey Cloud?**

My journey cloud experience was average. The solution does provide a view of the journey however the support and the functionality is very limited. It takes forever to get any extra report completed,  not very agile.

It helps us solve the question, what can we do better?

I can't save certain filter sets / go back easily to something I was working on, so my work often ends up being manual.

Visbility of customer insight and practical feedback into the experience.

Large upfront cost when the final product is only realised much time later and after several iterations
