Also this pulls current information to help catch any billing errors we may run into in the future. Also I work in SNF, so it is nice to be able to see the days used in other facilities. **What do you dislike about Inovalon Eligibility Verification?** The only thing I would say I dislike would be, not having access to all payers. **What problems is Inovalon Eligibility Verification solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eligibility Verifications helps to improve our cash flow. This feature is a great tool to check benefits before we provide services, ensuring we are reimbured in a timely manner. ### 2. It also helps us determine co-pays, days available ( sometimes people forget the days they used in different faciliities,) Also gives us maximum resources to use to verify deductibles, out of pockets, active dates. Most importantly lets us know if there is a plan that is the primary over the MCR which makes a HUGE diffeence. If you need help Customer Support is spot on, Always there to help. **What do you dislike about Inovalon Eligibility Verification?** There is not much that I dont like. It can be a little glitchy sometimes when it comes to getting logged in. That is very rare though **What problems is Inovalon Eligibility Verification solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helping us at the facility level to make sure we know how many days someone has used elswere which can intefier with how many days they have before hitting co pay days. The part that is the easiest for me is verifying the co-insurance and copayments when the resident is using a managed care payer. It has been a god send to be able to print and provide directly to the resident as proof that copayment/coinsurance exists. **What do you dislike about Inovalon Eligibility Verification?** I would love if there were more payers to verify within Inovalon. Currently, our SNF uses multiple platforms to verify information, and it would be so helpful if we could combine all platforms into one. **What problems is Inovalon Eligibility Verification solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the unknown of if the SNF will be paid for managed care and if there is a coinsurance. Other platforms we use only show coinsurance but do not advise if there is a specific date it begins, nor do they show the deductible and what is met thus far for the year. ### 4. The verification is very easy to read, as it literally has a check mark for valid insurance, or a X if it isn. I also enjoy the ability to reverify without having to reenter a patient's information. **What do you dislike about Inovalon Eligibility Verification?** I do not like how the verifications do not give benefit information for all types of services. For example, my organization is a Skilled Nursing Facility, and depending on the payer, I am not able to see the SNF benefits. It is very quick and quite accurate. It helps billing and front office. It helps you understand a patient's co-pay and deductible. I would say it definitely helps you create a more efficient and effective front office environment in order to check patients eligibility even before they had any services rendered. **What do you dislike about Inovalon Eligibility Verification?** Customer support is where I always hear the biggest complaints but they are trying to work on that. I would say I wish this system was apart of an EHR/PM but it's not the biggest deal. I would say there are more pros than cons. The nice thing about COMPLETE is it is very fast and quite accurate. It helps with knowing a patients eligibility before services.
