What we link about the claims managemnt pro is that we are able bill secondary insurances automatically. Having Inocalon Claims Management Pro has cut my billing time in half. Plus the implementation team was so helpful. We used to bill through several different insurance portals. I do not like when, after you submit a claim and you go back to the claim list you are automatically taken back to your first page of claims instead of where the claim ends up on the claim list. The ability to send claims to all payers we use and also our secondary claims to the insurance that does not cross over automatically from Medicare. Our main initiative is reducing the amount of applications and websites where our collections team needs to log in and complete tasks separately.
