**What do you like best about Inngest?**

Inngest makes background job processing and event-driven workflows straightforward to implement. It integrates smoothly with Node.js applications and lets me run async tasks without impacting main request performance. The event-based architecture, along with its retry handling, is especially helpful for building reliable backend systems and keeping workflows resilient.

**What do you dislike about Inngest?**

The initial setup and getting a solid grasp of the event workflows can take a bit of time, especially for teams that are new to event-driven architecture. The documentation is generally good, but I’d like to see more examples and clearer explanations for some of the more advanced use cases.

**What problems is Inngest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inngest helps us manage background processes such as async jobs, event triggers, and task automation without blocking API responses. It makes our system more reliable, reduces server load, and streamlines how we handle retries and workflows. Overall, it lets us build scalable backend services with less complexity and less operational overhead.
