What do you like best about InMotion Hosting?

I really appreciate InMotion Hosting's easy setup process and the responsive service from their support team. Their interface panel, though old-school, is self-descriptive and easy to use. The speed and storage they offer are quite good, and I believe they provide excellent value for money, especially with their multi-year packages. The ability to create infinite emails through cPanel and their reliable service has been extremely beneficial to my website management. What do you dislike about InMotion Hosting?

I am frustrated by the significant price increase after the initial subscription period. This makes it challenging to continue using the service as a small business owner. I dislike the customer retention strategy of offering a cheaper initial price to attract new clients, only to substantially raise the cost for existing customers later. The jarring price changes for renewing subscriptions feel unfair, making it significantly more expensive for continuing subscribers than for new ones. Even though InMotion offers competitive offerings, the price increase over time makes it difficult to justify staying with them compared with potentially cheaper alternatives. What I like most about InMotion is the variety of services. From self to fully managed WordPress, VPS hosting, and dedicated servers. They have such a variety that it's a good fit for just about anyone needing these services. Their prices are some of the lowest in the community. What do you like best about InMotion Hosting?

From the perspective of pure functionality, InMotion is the best hosting service I have dealt with in 25 years of web work. Outages are almost non-existent, the tools provided for managing web hosts are comprehensive, and their "Optimized Hosting for WordPress" packages are nearly flawless. Somehow, all of this comes at a very reasonable price.

That said, what truly sold me on InMotion was their hosting tech support. Coming from a server administration background, I have high expectations for the competence of the hosting providers I use. No matter the situation I’ve contacted them about over the past 7 years, they have been there to work with me through basic websites to complicated web application integrations.

I personally understand the difficulties of running a help desk at a large business. InMotion has a clear support philosophy they instill in their team: help people succeed. I find myself bouncing ideas off them before implementing tricky projects because they know their systems inside and out and collaborate with me. No complaints, no pointing me to a FAQ or white paper.

"Reliable, Fairly Priced, Hosting with Spam Free IP"

What do you like best about InMotion Hosting?

I've spent years on various hosting services. I moved to InMotion about 5 years ago and haven't looked back. The uptime is excellent. Customer service is always available, responsive, and helpful.

cPanel makes things easy to use and navigate. Unlimited domains and email addresses and with my Virtual VPN I'm not getting dinged for other users bad email behavior.

Reliable uptime - I'm not getting clients and prospects calling me or texting saying my website isn't working. VPN that delivers.
