InmoProCRM Reviews & Product Details

InmoProCRM is an all-in-one real estate CRM and agency management software built for independent agents, small and mid-sized real estate agencies, and multi-office networks. It covers the entire sales cycle in one place: listing acquisition, property portfolio management, buyer and tenant management, viewings, offers, contracts, closings and commission splits. Unlike most real estate software, InmoProCRM offers a free-forever plan with every feature included. Paid plans only increase volume (properties, users and offices), never unlock tools. Pricing is flat per agency, not per user, with no lock-in contract and free data migration from other CRMs, Excel/CSV files or existing portal XML feeds. Key features: Built-in AI at no extra cost: property descriptions generated in seconds, automated valuation (AVM) based on comparables from the agency's own portfolio, and lead scoring from 0 to 100. Portal syndication: automatic listing feeds to around 40 property portals across Spain, Europe and Latin America, including Idealista, Fotocasa, Kyero, thinkSPAIN, JamesEdition and Mercado Libre. Free agency website: a WordPress plugin that syncs the full property portfolio to the agency's own website, on its own domain and with full SEO control. Website inquiries flow straight into the CRM. Smart Inbox: portal lead emails are turned automatically into contacts, assigned to the right agent, and answered instantly by email or WhatsApp. Buyer matching: every new listing is automatically matched against buyer searches, and automated property alerts are sent to buyers. E-signature: digital signing for listing agreements, reservation and deposit contracts, rental agreements and viewing forms, with a signature certificate. Calendar and reminders: Google Calendar and Outlook sync, plus automatic viewing reminders to clients and agents. Team management: multi-office support, roles and permissions, and custom fields. Analytics: listings, sales, revenue, conversion funnel, average time to sell, and productivity per agent and per office. Mobile app: a progressive web app with the full CRM, push notifications and passkey login, included in every plan. Integrations: REST API and webhooks, WhatsApp, Cadastre lookups and PDF brochures. InmoProCRM is available in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, supports multiple currencies, and adapts phone formats and tax fields to each country. The product roadmap is driven by users: agencies submit and vote on feature requests from inside the CRM, and the most requested features are built at no extra cost for everyone, including free users.
