Smart Inbox: portal lead emails are turned automatically into contacts, assigned to the right agent, and answered instantly by email or WhatsApp. Buyer matching: every new listing is automatically matched against buyer searches, and automated property alerts are sent to buyers. E-signature: digital signing for listing agreements, reservation and deposit contracts, rental agreements and viewing forms, with a signature certificate. Calendar and reminders: Google Calendar and Outlook sync, plus automatic viewing reminders to clients and agents. Team management: multi-office support, roles and permissions, and custom fields. Analytics: listings, sales, revenue, conversion funnel, average time to sell, and productivity per agent and per office. Mobile app: a progressive web app with the full CRM, push notifications and passkey login, included in every plan. Integrations: REST API and webhooks, WhatsApp, Cadastre lookups and PDF brochures. InmoProCRM is available in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, supports multiple currencies, and adapts phone formats and tax fields to each country.
