**What do you like best about InMoment Text Analytics?**

Many users vote without paying attention and/or vote incorrectly and being able to invalidate a vote and resend the survey to the user is wonderful. That helps us get numbers as accurate as possible.

**What do you dislike about InMoment Text Analytics?**

I have to select a date on the datepicker every time I log in. I wish it would remember what I selected last time, and if I want anything different, I can change it according to my needs.

**What problems is InMoment Text Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a relatively new user of InMoment, but I can already say it helps us by providing valuable data about the ongoing survey, by being able to customize the survey and mainly by giving an option of resending the survey to the user.

**What do you like best about InMoment Text Analytics?**

Wootric was very easy to set up. It's just a snippet of javascript that you can copy and paste into your website. Then it integrates with our CRM so we can send emails based on the survey score.

**What do you dislike about InMoment Text Analytics?**

There is a limitation where you can only run one survey and one type of survey at a time. I'd like to run different surveys at once, and that doesn't seem possible.

**What problems is InMoment Text Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am getting a regular pulse on the customer satisfaction with my product. I can see how the trends change over time and read customer feedback that they left directly in the application.

The best thing is helping data follow with an easy and organized way to register of all information.

I can't think of a difficult or an issue. The experience has been very good so far.

The best solution is to manage all the NPS information, providing all the tools for good rapports and follow-ups.

I still don't understand how to implement customer segmentation through the Segmentation Feature.

Allowing the entire board to listen to the Voice of the Customer both in the routine of our processes and in specific customer retention measures.

I haven't used any other tool, so I can't compare it to anything. But I didn't see the necessity to look for any other tool, since wootric has everything I need. It's easy to customise and provides flexible filter options for analysing the NPS.

I don't dislike anything. I think the tool provides all features that are necessary.

We use wootric to analyse our customers' most significant pain points to plan our upcoming roadmap. It's easier to base our customers' problems and the feature we want to implement to solve those problems on actual numbers.

The filters for products do not always work. This makes it hard when completing reporting as contantly need to make sure the page has loaded correctly.

Finding out in real time issues our clients are experiencing with the product. This has allowed our account managers to make contact and resolve any negative feedback in a prompt manner.

Free plan generate a lot of value. Email NPS works very well.

I did not understand the connection between Wootric and InMoment. It is not clear to me what InMoment is.

What is most helpful is that you can set the frequency of the survey, and when the user is first prompted, so that it is most relevant. The graphs showing feedback are also really helpful to keep track of feedback

**What do you dislike about InMoment Text Analytics?**

that the pop up covers what you are working on and cannot be moved, so a user is more likely to just cancel it rather than enter a true value

Reaching customers was previously so difficult and getting their feedback is incredibly valuable to determine what users like and dislike and how to better serve them, so this has helped massively to reach a wider audience and get the feedback we need

You can easily measure the CSAT after chat support and the NPS for the entire service. It's very helpful as no complex operations are required.

There is nothing in particular. I think it's a very good service. I want to continue using it in the future.

It was a new endeavor since we had never measured customer satisfaction before. Also, receiving feedback raised the awareness of our staff.

It is very easy to setup, the wey you can view NPS results are very nice and flexible. Moreover your are able to use the API to extract response data. The HubSpot integration makes it also easy to have a unique view of customers at our CRM platform

In the free version your are not able to have more than one type of survey, so that we could evaluate the benefits of all the kinds of surveys.

You should try it.

**What do you like best about InMoment Text Analytics?**

Fast to hire and to adopt. The user friendly interface makes the learning curve super fast. Integrated with Intercom, the product is a killer.

**What do you dislike about InMoment Text Analytics?**

The only problem I had was trying to integrate with SFDC, but my questions was quickly answered by the support team. Other than that, haven't experienced anything negative regarding the product.

**Recommendations to others considering InMoment Text Analytics:**

Nothing to add here.
So fat my experience is very good with the tool.
I couldn't point any specific area or topic that I felt need of support. Neither I experienced any frustration regarding my expectations.

**What problems is InMoment Text Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a fast, solid and easy to integrate solutions to gather feedback from customer on a new product that we have just launched. We had the requirement that the tool would integrate natively with our support tool and the Wootric+Intercom formula is delivering very good results. The response rate is very good and there is performance issue either.

**What do you like best about InMoment Text Analytics?**

I love seeing all the data in the various dashboards. We are able to dive in and look for trends in so many ways such as by agent, or account type. I like that we can track individual scores over time to see if they are trending up or down. And the word clouds give us so much insight into what customers are saying in their comments back to us.

**What do you dislike about InMoment Text Analytics?**

We have a need to pull together data in a specific way that Wootric does not allow in the report builder based on the current logic filters. We would like to have additional AND or OR filters added at another level in order to get a more holistic view of our data sets.

**What problems is InMoment Text Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any platform can get us CSAT and NPS scores, but with Wootric we're also able to understand keywords that have positive, negative, or neutral sentiments. We can use our scores and the analytics in 1:1 meetings with Support agents, CSMs, and Account Managers to help improve outreach with customers.

Having a one-on-one relationship with our Customer Success Representative, Sarang, has helped us more fully utilize Wootric's reporting functionality.  The dashboard is intuitive to use, and it's been great to have access to editing surveys as necessary.

**What do you dislike about InMoment Text Analytics?**

I'm fully satisfied with Wootric Customer Experience.

One easy-to-change suggestion that came from our Wootric data is to make our online billing system easier to find and to use.  This frustration came up a lot in our Customer Effort Score survey results on our website.
