What I like most about Inkscape is, It is completely free to use and anyone can use it without paying any fees. It is compatible with all operating systems like Windows, Linux, and mac. It is a great alternative to Adobe Illustrator. I can make awesome SVG for e-commerce websites easily within a few minutes with the help of Inkscape. Inkscape's UI is very great and very easy to use. I think that the function "vectorize bitmap" can be very helpful for making some vectors starting from an image or a photo. You can't export a JPEG but only in PNG, which is annoying if you need to use it on the web, as you know PNG has more properties than JPEG but is larger. You can't open a project with more than one page; if you need to create a book or something with more than one page, you have to create an SVG file for each page. The main issue with Inkscape, of course, is that it's not Adobe Illustrator.
