## Infosec IQ Reviews
  ### 1. We have been customers for less than a year but have been very happy with the choice so far.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The Phishing simulation templates and ease of use. Also, the course catalog is comprehensive and easy to use. We have gotten great feedback from the learners about the content and applicability.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I don't like how the licensing/invoicing process works. We change numbers/licenses quite frequently and every increase requires a separate invoice.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New hire security training, annual security training, phishing training, role specific training, third party security training.

  ### 2. Great content, great delivery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Manager of Training, Communications, and Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The multiple pieces of content per each topic lets us pick which one we like best

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I haven't run across any big issues, to be honest!

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Definitely a great tool. We started using it at a basic level but we are continuing to increase our use of it as we get new ideas for how it will be more and more useful.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Professional extensive security training content that we don't have to create ourselves.

  ### 3. Does a great job with training!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Short video clips. Helpful to teach staff.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

So far nothing I dislike. Haven't had it long though.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Great short videos that staff could watch when they had time. Doesn't take up much time to do each section.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff are sending phishing attempts caught from the training. That says they're taking the time to do the training.

  ### 4. Infosec IQ is an amazing tool for your organizations security awareness!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd M. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The ability to schedule the trainings out as far as you would like, and the interface as a whole is great!

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I don't really have any dislikes as our experience with Infosec IQ has been nothing but positive.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infosec IQ helped us bring our security awareness training to the next level, with powerful training modules and some great reporting.

  ### 5. Simple to use, very versatile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Phishing campaigns. Though there are plenty of options to customize the campaigns, the pre-made templates are more than enough to catch a few learners, and it takes only seconds to set up. Set this up on a bi-weekly repeating schedule and your learners will experience many different types of phishing tactics.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

At times, navigating to see which users were phished on a campaign can be difficult. Preferably I would like a very detailed report that shows each user and what they clicked on. The general campaign reports were excellent, but not detailed enough.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After a ransomware attack via a malicious email, it was important that our employees knew how to be safe when reading their emails. Infosec is a great way to teach them to be cautious when reading their email and to prevent any future breaches.

  ### 6. Excellent phishing and training platform that is more flexible than its competitors.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Their interface is fantastic and has a very easy way to be able to divide groups (or companies) and run separate campaigns on each. Their reporting is fantastic as well. It allows a significant level of customization. Their interface may not be the slickest on the market, but it's usable and does what it should do without hunting. We use Infosec IQ and a well-known competitor and have slowly been utilizing Infosec more. We also use it for any customers who want phishing or training - something that the competitors usually make you jump through hoops and appear to not have a great multitenant interface or process. The training videos are solid and have great variety for positions, industry and time - lots of short ones that people can watch and remember.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I wish there was a way to allow other people (who are not admins or have a login) to review training options or get information prior to creating the campaign. Many different people would like to be part of the process of choosing training and it's not easy to get buy-in on training when I can't pass the information to them without screenshotting or sharing my screen.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Definitely look to see what it is you need and what your plan is for your security program. Make sure that it fits all levels of your need, not just one. That the reporting is accurate and that you understand how everything works. Definitely take the time to dig in and test before purchasing - and ask questions! Often the platform will do a lot more than you realize.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This just creates better company and customer awareness of the human factor. It really lets us be able to see and maintain a level of security and ensure that we are doing all we can to help people protect themselves.

  ### 7. Incredible Customer Service for a Strong Product!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Customer service response time and support is incredible!

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The reporting is not as robust as we need it to be, but appreciate that they are improving it soon.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to educate our employees about possible risks with cybercrimes. So far, we have seen more reports of possible phishing attempts escalated up for review.

  ### 8. more than one year experience in IT

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Infosec helps me to manage users and courses

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

It is really helpful because you can set up users.but the interface could be more good looking

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving security problems regarding phishing mails

  ### 9. Great way to learn just how susceptible your employees are to cyber security threats.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard M. L. | Team Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The amount of E-Mail templates is a huge plus. This saves us from employee complains about getting the same E-Mail's over and over, and allows us to mix it up and thoroughly test employees. The pricing structure works well and is flexible enough to accommodate everything from a small business to enterprise.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

It can be somewhat difficult to set-up and get configured, however, whenever you have a question or need assistance they are very responsive and helpful. A few parts of the site could also be a bit more intuitive such as reporting and user information.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Check out a demo before you buy! They will also give you a free account to get the feel of the system, which is great.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone knows the most vulnerable element in cybersecurity is the human element. Infosec IQ has helped us see just how vulnerable our employees are. With their new outsmart them all templates, we have a phish rate of 19%, which allows us to focus on those employees and provide more training. One of the most satisfying results we have seen is employees becoming interested in how to better protect themselves, including employees coming up and telling us about the personal experiences they have had.

  ### 10. Outstanding Cybersecurity Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erick C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I love how user friendly everything is from the admin portal, to user dashboards and all of the training. They make cybersecurity easy and fun to learn, avoiding boring powerpoints and presentations.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

At first I had a lot of issues with being able to whitelist the domain in Office 365, but after a few updates and talk with our account manager, we were finally able to get it up and running!

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

If you are an administrator, definitely play around with the phishing campaigns to send fake phishing attempts to your organization so you can see who falls for it. This is not only very fun to do, but also gives your organization great practice on detecting these emails as well as gives you insight on individuals who can be a possibly risk to the organization.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of issues with phishing in our company and I am happy to say that now we have had 0 issues with it, ever since implementing InfoSec! Not only that, but people are now very aware of different types of attacks and are constantly messaging me about new phishing attempts they receive and other forms of attacks.

  ### 11. Thank you for your feedback.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Phishing awareness, it helps increase security awareness which has been very prevalent for Utah businesses.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The bugs that are found in the course when we called the support InfoSec group to notify them.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

For basic use, it covers all expected security issues.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

De-bugging the bugs found in training courses. The benefits are fewer bugs in our own system.

  ### 12. Staying Aware Of Your Emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | IT Programmer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Infosec offers excellent training for you and your staff. Keeps you aware of malicious and phishing emails.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

There is really nothing that I would say I dislike about infosec.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

You can even customize the training in Infosec IQ to meet the needs of you and your company.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teaching staff, just because an email looks real, it could actually be a phishing attempt and/or a virus.

  ### 13. InfoSec IQ has revolutionised our approach to Security Awareness Trainings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles Kachi O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The pre-made videos are very relevant and saves us the time and resources required to develop our own content. The videos are delivered in a fun way that makes the topics easy for everyone to relate with using drama and everyday occurrences to project the information security message

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The phishing simulation throws all kinds of warnings with G-Suit even after whitelisting the required IPs. this tends to defeat the whole idea of the Phishing simulation education because people hardly get to the point of successfully executing the links that bring up the training videos.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem of user un-awareness. We use this to train our users on relevant Information Security topics including the NIST 9 core behaviours, GDPR, and more subject and technical training like OWASP top 10 for developers. The Phishing simulation allows us to have visibility into our risk exposure to phishing attacks and to provide education targeted at the right audience. Continuous education allows us to keep improving our weakest links and strengthening our overall security

  ### 14. Great product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Knowledge database & user training. Automation is great.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Must keep up with market malware race and produce training

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User awareness and keeping the organization on their toes with learning

  ### 15. Lifesaver and user-friendly tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorena G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Great amount of awareness resources, ready to send to your organization.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

If your organization uses Gsuit instead of Outlook, the PhishNotify plugin is a little more tricky, but not impossible.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

I completely recommend to at least program a demo with InfoSecIQ. In our case, after reviewing different options, we were captivated by the platform and the overall customer service we received from everyone we talked to. They assign you a specific Customer Success Manager that is always available in case you have questions or specific needs; Megan has been amazing during these firsts months of implementation!

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to send security awareness training in a more regular basis to our organization. In this pandemic times, employee awareness is one of our top priorities, and without InfoSecIQ resources one click away, it would not be possible to train our employees that often.

  ### 16. Great to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Ease of use in setting up modules/campaigns for training.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

From what I can tell the learner does not have access to the full library of learning, just the administrator.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has been a huge help to our company in getting our agency trained in areas we did not have education developed.

  ### 17. Great customer service and easy to use platform!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I like that we have the ability to customize education tracks for our staff.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I would like it if our staff could view the full learning library of courses.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to implement monthly, and a required annual education for our staff.

  ### 18. Review from TREED

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The ease of use and GUI layout go hand in hand.
The product is effective and efficient

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I have not encountered such an issue yet.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effective phishing campaigns - the data returned is invaluable

  ### 19. Excellent platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra N. | Systems and Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The best part about InfoSec IQ is the training content itself. It is varied and engaging, which most other platforms just don't achieve. My users actually watch these videos. The PhishNotify add-in for Outlook is also a great bonus. It really helps cut down on calls to our helpdesk, and allows us to look at all recent threats in a centralized database.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Detailed reporting for small companies looking for target individuals or small departments simply doesn't exist in this platform. Data Browser Reports are helpful, but don't include enough information for a training manager looking to target a particular person's weak areas. Also, their support is extremely slow. My last ticket had a 4 day response time before I actually spoke to anyone.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Infosec IQ achieves its stated purpose with relative ease and at a great price point. If you are a small company that absolutely needs nitty gritty details on individuals, or if you need immediate 24/7 support look elsewhere.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our environment was extremely vulnerable to phishing attacks before we partnered with InfoSec IQ. Since then our phishing rate has gone from 60% to 4%. Our previous training was very difficult for our most non-technical people to absorb. Infosec IQ makes this a lot easier.

  ### 20. Easy, Simple, Roll Out

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The content library has many different security training topics to choose from. Setting up the campaigns is easy and the ease of navigation to find what I am looking for.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I wish there was a better way to upload email templates from my personal email. The HTML function is not very friendly and it feels like I need to be an expert in HTML to customize an email template.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security awareness for our clients. The benefits realized are our clients are understanding the importance of security awareness and why it's not safe to click on phishing links.

  ### 21. Infosec Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The people are very helpful and always willing to go above what is considered 'normal' customer service. The web site is easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Some of the web site navigation needs some improvements.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User training. Phishing emails.

  ### 22. Infosec has been great so far!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Phish Notify Extension works great to give users the ability to report bad emails.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Sometimes training emails are easy to guess.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Very helpful if you can use the google chrome extensions!

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems so far. Staff is much more aware to being careful now.

  ### 23. First Review after 1+ year of use.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I love the phish simulator, it gives us the ability to test internally and our customers in one place.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Getting to what you are looking for can be a bit clunky

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are bridging the gap between limited resources at accomplishing our goals.

  ### 24. Easy to use and changed our cyber security training completely

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The aspect I like the best is the multiple different options for training in the content library.

The opinions expressed are of the individual posting the review and not the opinion of my Company

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

When you delete a user you delete all record of them so that their name no longer appears in a report if they participated in a campaign.

The opinions expressed are of the individual posting the review and not the opinion of my Company

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to provide a more standardized approach to training per regulatory requirements.

The opinions expressed are of the individual posting the review and not the opinion of my Company

  ### 25. Very good product with multiple modules

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The Phishing campaign module is easy to use

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

We are a french community so I think there should be more french content.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue with some AD group sync and I had a very good support to solve it.

  ### 26. CyberSafety Training for Educators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The fact that I can see who has started, completed and NOT started the training sessions all in one platform.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I wish I could add links for training outside of this platform. For example, our state requires suicide prevention training from an external site. It would be great if we could customize some training and include the link in it to easier track that training as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Consider Infosec IQ as part of your Cyber Safety Training for 2021!

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training educators is a unique environment. We are able to more actively track that they have completed the mandatory trainings. Teachers are improving in recognizing suspicious emails.

  ### 27. BDM Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Its very detailed and has lots of great features..

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

It took a while to get all of the whitelisting and rules configured within O365.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To train my users on cybersecurity and being able to decide what is a legitimate email.

  ### 28. Well put together.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Tools are easy to implement and manage without too much overhead

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Could use more tools to automatically notify those who are missing training after deadlines.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Minimum training required for staff. Have seen dramatic improvement in phishing review using the simulations.

  ### 29. Good compliance product that checks all the boxes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

It's reasonably idiot-proof. I was parachuted into this initiative midway through, as I so often do, and I wasn't a part of the search or demo process.

I was able to sign into the product and fumble around for about 10 minutes before getting the hang of what the product is and what it can do. It's nice that the product has a compliance piece (mandatory security training) that tracks progress, in addition to a reasonably wide breadth of phishing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

There isn't much, the tool is straight-forward and does what it's supposed to do. I suppose not having SAML login for administrators?

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Works as advertised, support people are competent and quick to act.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, no more boring powerpoint security training slides, and one less awful spreadsheet tracker task. Gone are the days of holding your colleagues hostage in close quarters to drone through things that are supposed to be common knowledge, especially given that we're a software company. Now our colleagues can complete the necessary training from the comfort of their homes with a beverage of their choice.

  ### 30. Great tool for a peace of MIND!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The trainings are very easy going to digest.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

sometimes links from emails doesnt work.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

It is a GREATntool to educate your co-workers.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everybody is more aware of email phishing...

  ### 31. Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative Cyber Security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Email Testing - We had a couple incidents where management was alerted we had issues. We've conducted these test frequently and our users take pride in finding and eliminating bad emails.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Not all users wish to train. Their supervisors have to put pressure on them to finish the email training. Human nature, I guess.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Talk to your auditors and Cyber Insurance carrier. (if you have them). They will be impressed with the completeness of this product.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a need for Cyber Security Training with our insurance carrier. They were very pleased to hear we implemented Security IQ for email testing and training. Our auditors also gave us the "thumbs up" for this requirement. Also, our users are getting smarter about phishing and scam identification.

  ### 32. 2019 Infosec IQ Phishing campaign

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** michael n. | Test Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The Phishing email campaign was easy to configure and simple to deploy. My InfosecIQ representative was extremely helpful, walking me through the launch and result analytics. The emails were realistic and the results revealed security flaws in our employee training.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I did not find any downside to using the tools offered by InfosecIQ. There is a lot of material offered, and it could take some time to navigate it all to evaluate what is most useful.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

InfosecIQ is a great tool to aid in Cybersecurity training.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are finding deficiencies in our Cyber Security training. The program has aided in filling gaps which were previously unrealized.

  ### 33. Infosec Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I like the quality of the training animations.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I don't like the question/answer assessment format. Sometimes I feel that the question is unclear if it is a "select all that apply" question.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to train staff to avoid phishing scams and emails. We haven't seen any benefits yet, but the data regarding individual users' click throughs on simulated attacks is useful.

  ### 34. Find Success With Infosec

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The platform has been, overall, very easy to get going with. The interface is clean, and most of the information is presented in a way that is easy to digest and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

In some of the reports, sometimes the headers are named too similarly and it's not immediately obvious what the difference is.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Infosec IQ to look for gaps in our users knowledge, and provide the tools to be able to address that, and give them the power to identify, learn and stay aware.

  ### 35. Fun and interesting way to learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie L. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I like the variety of training modules and the customizability.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Borderline too many email template options.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have found that program extremely helpful in educating part-time and first-time computer users.

  ### 36. Great product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Easy to use, helpful content, quick training

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

N/A- you need to write all the characters here for it to allow you to submit your review

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cybersecurity awareness for staff that is easy to digest and provides information quickly

  ### 37. We love infosec. it is super user friendly and everyone we have worked with have been super helpful.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie N. | Executive Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I love how user friendly the platform is.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

there is nothing I don't think about the program.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it for our annual sec training courses and we have been doing quarterly fish campaigns.

  ### 38. Happy with Infosec HQ services

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

User training, proactive phishing attempts, various templates, tons of great features

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Just wish it was integrated better with our active directory

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security, compliance, readiness, etc

  ### 39. Create phishing campaigns to fortify your users' intuition for phishing emails

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Easy to make templates, learner lists, and schedule campaigns. Customer support is swift in answering questions and concerns. You can create your own phishing domain to customize it for your company's users. Templates range from easy to difficult, and can be cloned and customized. If you have issues facing template designs, they will hook you up with a specialist. I also like that I can choose what type of phishing campaign to implement (drive-by, data entry, etc.).

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Building an email template from scratch is tedious, and images for each template can only be via URL, not uploads. The website can be a bit confusing to navigate, has more pop-up notifications that I prefer, and will kick you out very often.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using InfoSec to demonstrate to my company that phishing is a serious vulnerability. Benefits include seeing how different departments react, seeing how fast people report the phishing emails and warn their colleagues, and being able to view the stages of phishing at which users will stop.

  ### 40. Reliable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | Telecommunications Mechanic, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Infosec IQ was extremely helpful in my preparation for obtaining my Security+ certification. They have so many vessels at your disposal, it helped my gain the confidence I needed to pass my exam. I would definitely recommend Infosec IQ for anyone looking to broaden their understanding for anything IT related.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Hard to find anything not likeable, but if I had to pick one, it may be too many options for avenues to learn. It's sometimes difficult to navigate because of all the options.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Give yourself time to navigate and know the information on the system before beginning.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prepping for Security+ certification exam.

  ### 41. Easy Simple Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Simple to admin and set up initially. Easy for employees to complete required training with reporting available for admins.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Some UI issues that make it difficult to find what your looking for if you haven't done it in the past. Not a big deal, essentially some available actions should be made more clear.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Company wide and new hire security training. Phishing campaigns to educate the employees. Phishing emails are extremely good

  ### 42. Overall good user interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

That we could provide relevant training to educate our employees regarding security

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Missing a mobile app which we can deploy

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security awareness

  ### 43. Concise, relatable, useful.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The training touches on current risks in a way that doesn't bore you to death. I have received a number of compliments from co-workers about how its painless training.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Setup can be daunting since the service offers so much. It's definitely recommended that you meet with your rep regularly as you work with them to configure and roll out the training for your employees.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

I would absolutely recommend Infosec IQ. The white glove support alone is worth it. Infosec will walk you through any topic you would like and configure the system in real time. This was a huge time saver for me.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to easily track compliance and training completion. This makes audits easier since all the work is done for us compiling metrics on training.

  ### 44. Great Cyber Awareness Training Platform

  ### 45. Does what it say and does it well..

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The look and feel of it, Dashboards are nice too

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Not much to dislike, you will need an overview.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

security awareness for our staff

  ### 46. InfoSecIQ

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Easy to use interface and awesome support. Existing content library is much better than competition

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Could use more interactive training for phish simulations, currently most are single page "teachable moments" instead of click through training/refresher.
Missing an "Active" status for users, workaround for "deactivating" users is cumbersome

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User education is important, we are in a heavily regulated space so having this tool in our arsenal helps with maintaining complaince

  ### 47. Excellent Customer Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

During our initial engagement it was immediately stated that we'd have dedicated customer support. It's been extremely helpful so far and we had no issues getting a major part of our security program up and running in a short amount of time. Having the ability to reach out for help and get almost immediate feedback is what every SaaS platform should provide. Additionally, the training material is awesome. We've used some other companies boiler-plate content and it's usually dry and boring. The content provided by Infosec is actually quite palatable and sometimes fun!

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The user interface feels somewhat aged and could stand to have some updating. The functionality is there but a facelift would be nice. Additional integrations would also be nice to have like using SaaS IDPs (Okta, Onelogin etc.) or having hooks into HR or compliance platforms for trainings.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were losing access to a competitors phishing platform with rather short notice and needed to get something off the ground ASAP. Not only are we saving money now but the addition of better training material has really been a bonus.

  ### 48. Infosec IQ - Great for raising overall security awareness

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I like the way the platform can be configured for general security training and the phishing engine to validate and measure the overall effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

This is sorta an unfair dislike, but the platform is super flexible and configurable. So it is kinda involved to understand all the aspects to setting up the training and phishing. However, with the platform, we have access to several specialists at Infosec IQ that help hold our hand while we were doing our initial setup.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

If you are looking for bite-sized, relevant information to raise the awareness of your organization, Infosec IQ works really well. And what I like best is that the phishing simulator can validate whether your users are internalizing and really understanding the content. Infosec advised that we structure our program by interleaving education and phishing simulations, which has worked really well.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're raising the overall security awareness of our company. The benefit is that we've raised the bar for overall security awareness and we've proven it via the phishing simulator.

  ### 49. Great Experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The web platform for Infosec is intuitive and falls in line with the internal brand we are trying to create for our company. Our account rep, Dane, is also EXTREMELY helpful and attentive. If it wasn't for him, I probably would be indifferent overall.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Sometimes pulling reports can be a bit cumbersome until i find what i'm looking for. If something takes too long, I just reach out to Dane and he hooks me up.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Overall a great system. Spend time with you account rep! They will make sure you have a high level working knowledge of the system and provide best practices.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infosec is key to keeping my company in compliance in regards to phishing and social engineering spam emails. The templates are extremely realistic and have even caught me. . (I even knew it was coming). It also has great training modules that compliment further training for individuals struggling to identify high risk emails.

  ### 50. Cost-effective and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Infosec IQ training platform is the most versatile that I've seen, and I believe reasonably priced. I can design my own training campaigns or use the many available options. They are continually adding to their library.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Once a campaign has been started, the delinquent learners are unable to find the original link and ask me to resend it--I am not able to do this. I would be great if I had the capability to resend the link manually. It's also challenging to access the courses within a campaign. for instance, I can't just click on a link from the list of modules within a campaign, but have to search for it by title.
I also don't like the fact that assessments cannot be added to a campaign so that they occur immediately following the training module with which they are associated.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Infosec IQ is a very accessible information security training platform. Using their training modules monthly keeps the importance of paying attention to security leaks at the forefront of our employee's minds.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to push out our annual information security policy and annual training to all employees and ensure that they have completed the task.
