We've been using InfoSec IQ to enhance our staff's knowledge in both technical and physical security, and the results have been outstanding. The platform allows us to create customized posters and training materials that perfectly fit our needs, making the learning process both effective and engaging.

One of the standout features is the seamless integration with Azure, which ensures our user data is always up to date. One of my dislikes is that we cannot intergrate with our training tools used every year. THose trainings are mandatory and are tracked in one system. Infosec Likes:

* The training modules are shorter than other competitors

* The training modules are interactive

* The modules are also driven by video/audio and not just text alone. (This allows one to listen and watch to understand the material better - works well as a visual learner). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Infose Dislikes:

* The modules can be a tad corny

* Some modules have quiz questions that do not pertain to the material discussed

It's a good easy-to-use platform for security awareness training. It offers a wide variety of features such as engaging courses and phishing simulations. I really enjoy the pre-made courses which contain a lot of valuable information about a variety of topics. It also provides detailed reporting to help track progress, which helps us see the effectiveness of the courses and simulations one sends out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The phishing simulations are valuable, but overtime can become frustrating to employees who are receiving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Range of functionality built into the base product. InfosecIQ integrates with our identity provider to automatically on board new users. The content library for training materials contains a wide range of topics making it easy to prepare a launch new campaigns.

Our customer support team provides excellent service through quarterly review calls. During these calls, they go into detail on our program maturity and help deploy new campaigns.

- The FAQ and help articles are extremely useful.

- Easy to use platform. Minimal clutter.

- I appreciate the large content of videos, questions, and phishing templates.

- Easy to launch campaigns with templates or customizing your own.

- When you select a template through a search to browse and return to the search page, your search filters are not remembered. Additionally, you cannot right-click to open them in a new tab. This can be an annoyance when are planning to explore various templates.

- Lack of AI updates. For example, no voice phishing simulation made available yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Infosec IQ is a comprehensive training and awareness platform that comes with great features such as phishing simulations, customizable trainings and detailed analytics. This review couldn't come at a better time. For the past 2 weeks, we have been experiencing issues with our phish alert button and submitted emails not being able to be sent to deleted items per the button. The communication has been poor, as we were told Dev team is working on it. I would think we would receive better communication and understanding what is going on.
