The product did not break down. It is very similar to Sharepoint in terms of how it works. I think it is simpler to use and the workflow is pretty good. **What do you dislike about infoRouter?** To get Paper documents into the system, it was a multiple step ordeal, unless you had a third party app. Scan to get it to your pc, then use ScanStation App to get it into infoRouter. Or manually upload through the website uploader. **What problems is infoRouter solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has workflow built in. It was cumbersome to set up, but once set up, it is very good. Good app for a central repository. Easy to use.
