Instead of files being stored in multiple locations or different versions being emailed around, everything is centralized in one secure repository. This makes it much easier to find the right document, know you're working with the latest version, and collaborate with others without confusion. The product did not break down. It is very similar to Sharepoint in terms of how it works. I think it is simpler to use and the workflow is pretty good. **What do you dislike about infoRouter?** To get Paper documents into the system, it was a multiple step ordeal, unless you had a third party app. Scan to get it to your pc, then use ScanStation App to get it into infoRouter. Or manually upload through the website uploader. **What problems is infoRouter solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has workflow built in. It was cumbersome to set up, but once set up, it is very good. Good app for a central repository. Easy to use. Sometimes setup and implementation of infoRouter takes days.
