There are several strategies to choose from when setting pricing. It is reasonably priced compared to other repricers. Customer service is accessible and prompt. **What do you dislike about Informed Repricer?** Sometimes there is varied lag time between listing on an eCommerce site and it's availability on the Informed Repricer dashboard. **What problems is Informed Repricer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before having access to Informed, we set all of our prices manually. As one could imagine, doing so for thousands of products is tedious especially considering the amount of sellers and volatility of pricing in most popular online marketplaces. It made it nearly impossible to monitor price changes and compete for the best price. Informed has solved that issue by employing an automated solution that does not require us to actively monitor prices and manually update them. ### 2. The repricer also offers a variety of repricing strategies. Generally works ok if you're looking for simplistic repricing. **What do you dislike about Informed Repricer?** Informed's profit calculations rarely match the reality of the Amazon FBA calculator. Other repricers seem to be able to get this right, but Informed tends to just blow off any feedback. The repricer appears to be one of the slowest that we've tested since there's other on the market that can reprice every 3-5 minutes. I think Informed is more like 15 minutes or more. **What problems is Informed Repricer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a repricer at a fair price. ### 7. NOTHING WORKS IT WASNT EVEN REPRICING AT ALL!! DO NOT LISTEN TO THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I AM USING ALL CAPS TO HOPEFULLY GET YOUR ATTENTION AND MAKE YOU THINK TWICE ABOUT USING INFORMED, THE WHOLE REPRICER HAS ERRORS AND CAUSED ME LOTS OF LOSSES NONE OF THE METRICS/ANALYTICS WERE ACCURATE! I REACHED OUT TO THE TECH TEAM AND THEY BLAMED IT ON AMAZON EVEN THOUGH I JUST USED REPRICER.COM DIDNT HAVE ONE SINGLE ISSUE WITH THEIR REPRICER!! IM NOT HERE TO SAY REPRICER IS THE BEST THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT AT LEAST THEY ARE ACCURATE AND THEIR REPRICER WORKS. WHEREAS INFORMED GAVE ME PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM AND NO REAL SUPPORT! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB TO ME ITS A BORDERINLINE SCAM. $200 A MONTH FOR A SOFTWARE THAT DOESNT EVEN REPRICE AND THE TECH TEAM COULDNT EVEN FIX IT. If you sell primarily on listings with multiple sellers, then this repricing software is a must. It allows you to set your minimum and maximum levels so you can always capture the buy box and make the most profit. **What do you dislike about Informed Repricer?** I wish there was the ability for this software to reprice your stand alone listings where you are the only seller competing with other sellers selling a similar item to yours on their own listing. **What problems is Informed Repricer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows us to automate our repricing on the listings we sell that have multiple sellers. This saves many hours of work. You can easily update the reprice levels minimum and maximums with a file upload. ### 9. The company has expanded its repricing to include Walmart and eBay. It has also renamed itself from Appeagle to Informed.co in its mission to help merchants make informed decisions based on data analytics. It is no longer just repricing software. **What do you dislike about Informed Repricer?** While I hate to give Amazon more data about my business, I do wonder how much need there is for third-party Amazon repricing software nowadays.
