inforcer is a specialized software solution designed for managed service providers (MSPs) that oversee Microsoft 365 environments across multiple client tenants. This platform replaces the need for PowerShell scripts, JSON templates, and manual processes with a centralized, multi-tenant management system. By standardizing deployments, tracking policy drift, and generating client-ready reports, inforcer streamlines Microsoft 365 management, allowing MSPs to operate efficiently without the complexities of navigating multiple browser sessions or relying on individual engineer expertise. The target audience for inforcer primarily includes MSPs that manage diverse client portfolios and require a robust solution to maintain security and compliance across various Microsoft 365 tenants. With inforcer, these providers can quickly align new and existing clients to a defined security baseline. The platform identifies tenants that are out of compliance, suggests corrective actions, and accommodates client-specific deviations without necessitating manual configurations for each tenant. This capability significantly enhances operational efficiency and reduces the risk of human error. Key features of inforcer include real-time alerts for policy drift, which notify MSPs when configurations deviate from established baselines. These alerts can be integrated directly into PSA tools, ensuring that issues are addressed proactively before they escalate into client-facing problems. Additionally, Inforcer allows for the automatic backup of Microsoft 365 policies and settings, providing a full audit trail that can be invaluable for root cause analysis, compliance with cyber insurance requirements, or rollback procedures following incidents. Moreover, inforcer empowers MSPs to conduct customer-facing audits that reveal configuration gaps, thereby demonstrating ongoing value to existing clients and providing clear assessments to potential prospects during sales discussions. The platform also facilitates the monetization of Microsoft 365 management through built-in blueprints and repeatable projects, enabling MSPs to offer high-value services such as security baseline projects, Intune hardening, and ongoing governance retainers. As the demand for AI services grows, inforcer equips MSPs with the tools necessary to manage and secure these environments effectively. Features like Copilot Manager and Shadow AI Detection allow providers to track AI adoption, understand risk exposure, and ensure that client environments are ready for secure AI rollouts. By categorizing and managing tenants at scale, MSPs can deploy, report, and remediate issues efficiently, treating their entire client base as a cohesive unit rather than isolated entities. inforcer supports operations across the UK, US, EU, and ANZ regions, making it a versatile solution for MSPs looking to enhance their Microsoft 365 management capabilities.

"Saved Us Time, Boosted Tenant Security, and Delivered Excellent Support"

4/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

It has helped us improve our baseline and across multiple different customers and bring them up to a better standard which in turn has helped increase the security of each of their tenants and reflected in the secure score increases. The best part though is now we have built a process on this, it is really easy to implement across any new customers we take on and has saved a massive amount of time and resources in the long run. The UI looks really good and I especially like the old school windows 95 mode which I use regularly and goes to show the fun side of the Inforcer team. Their support chat is also surprisingly good, it uses Ai but really well and I think might be the first bot chat that I havent had to request to speak to a human. When we do speak with the actual human team, their support has always been second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

There are times when group deployment does not always work the best. The team have introduced new features to this and we have a process to work around it however having groups detected better would really help. Other than that, everything else has been great and where there are issues the product roadmap usually addresses these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aligning our customer tenants to a higher standard and saving us a massive amount of time by doing this. We are able to take on new customers and onboard them quicker than we have before which saves us as a company a lot in time and resources/money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Inforcer: Transforming MSP Microsoft 365 Management"

5/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

What's not to like, the product has made our MSP 365 management much easier and more streamlined. It interface is very easy to navigate and the performance of it overall is great.

The support you have with the onboarding is great and they are always willing to listen and help bounce ideas off of them for your own deployment ideas and strategy.

We definitely can justify the cost against how much labour and time it saves us with having a centralized policy management and deployment method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

Because I have to bring something to the table for this, I would say the AI Impact analysis could be a bit more in-depth, and the policy comparison side sometimes can be way off.

Its not a big deal as we know what the policy's do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pre Inforcer Scenario: we were managing our tenants individually, trying to maintain a standard, but having no visibility of constant deviations and knowing which tenants are 'aligned'

Having Inforcer gives us that pane of glass across our entire 365 tenancy allowing us to have and maintain a standard with ease, without needing to worry if the scripts will work this time around! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consistent Microsoft 365 Policy Management at Scale with Great MSP Visibility"

5/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

What I like best about inforcer is that it allows us to manage Microsoft 365 security policies consistently and at scale across our client base. It gives us clear visibility of each tenant, highlights where standards have drifted, and makes it much easier to deploy and maintain a common security baseline without relying on repetitive manual work.

As an MSP, that consistency and oversight are extremely valuable. The platform is straightforward to use, continues to develop quickly, and the inforcer team genuinely listens to partner feedback and builds around real-world MSP requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

As with any rapidly developing platform, some features and reporting capabilities are still maturing, and there are occasional areas where greater flexibility or deeper integrations would improve the workflow. However, the team is very receptive to feedback, and we have seen suggestions acted upon quickly as the product has evolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

inforcer is helping us solve the challenge of maintaining consistent Microsoft 365 security standards across a large number of customer tenants. Without centralised oversight, policies can drift over time and identifying gaps often requires significant manual effort.

The platform gives us clear visibility across our customer base, highlights deviations from our standards and allows us to deploy changes more efficiently. This reduces administrative effort, improves consistency and gives us greater confidence that customers are being managed against an agreed security baseline. "Inforcer Streamlines Microsoft 365 Standards with Fast, Reliable Policy Deployment"

4.5/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

Inforcer enables us to deploy our Microsoft 365 standards easily across both existing and new clients. It’s straightforward to use and has an intuitive user interface, which makes managing policies simple and efficient.

Inforcer also performs exceptionally well, with policies and configurations deploying quickly and reliably. From a business perspective, it delivers a strong return on investment by significantly reducing the time required to onboard and standardise new clients. It saves us up to two days of effort per client, while also improving consistency and reducing manual work.

The team at Inforcer are great as well. They’re always available to help with any requests, and, best of all, they listen to the community and use that feedback to drive feature enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

I wouldn’t say there are any real downsides to the tool—just a few missing features, such as application deployments. However, this is on the roadmap to roll out, so it should soon become available for us to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem it solves is enabling us to ensure our clients meet the defined standards we curate to deliver best-practice security and configuration. It gives us clear visibility into what our clients have enabled, so we can be confident they have the right protection in place—the protection we want them to have. "Effortless Microsoft 365 Security Management at Scale"

5/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

What we value most about Inforcer is how it allows us to manage Microsoft 365 security standards consistently across multiple client tenants. Its direct integration with Microsoft 365 makes it easy to deploy baselines, identify configuration drift, and quickly see where action is required.

The platform is responsive, straightforward to navigate, and significantly reduces the time our team would otherwise spend on manual configuration reviews. The onboarding and ongoing support have also been strong, helping us realise value from the platform quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

There is nothing we would describe as a dislike. One area we would like to see expanded is SharePoint permissions reporting, particularly for environments with complex or heavily broken inheritance structures. Greater visibility and more detailed reporting in this area would make the platform even more valuable for broader Microsoft 365 security and governance reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Inforcer, maintaining consistent Microsoft 365 security configurations across multiple client tenants required a significant amount of manual review and follow-up. We can now apply standardised baselines, identify configuration drift, and quickly prioritise environments that need attention.

This has reduced the time spent on repetitive checks, improved consistency across our client base, and given our team a clearer view of security posture at scale. It also helps us demonstrate ongoing governance and provide clients with more meaningful reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Inforcer Makes 365 Tenant Management Fast, Consistent, and Secure at Scale"

5/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

The UI is intuitive and gets updated regularly at a pace I’ve never seen from another company in such a short space of time. Pricing is very competitive, and the ROI feels immediate through policy backups and the ease of deployment for project teams. It helps the team work with higher accuracy and speed, and the product keeps up because policies can be deployed in under 30 seconds.

Initial support and onboarding were seamless through Partner Centre, and the support team, along with our account manager, makes the whole process straightforward—any issues we’ve had have been resolved quickly. It also includes AI, with policy summarisation for what you’re deploying and what’s currently deployed, which helps more junior techs understand a 365 environment more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

Its is difficult to say about any dislikes as its such a great product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inforcer solves a major problem that all MSPs face: managing multiple 365 tenancies at scale. When you’re working through the 365 management portals, it’s genuinely difficult to make sure policies are consistent across your customer base—named the same, labelled the same, and implemented the same way everywhere. Standards can drift from engineer to engineer based on different views and opinions, and because Microsoft changes things regularly, it’s hard to know whether your tenants are truly aligned and secure.

Inforcer helps massively with this, covering policy management, tenant management, and security alignment to CIS and other security baselines. It also integrates with PSA tools—Autotask in our case—and ties into Microsoft Partner Centre for easier deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No Brainer Product, makes you wonder why some people aren't using it."

5/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

Great user interface and a smooth onboarding experience. It saves an amazing amount of time and effort. Overall, it feels like a modern solution that makes you think, “Why hasn’t this been done already?” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

I don't think there's much to dislike about Inforcer per se, there are certain features that it doesn't have yet, like auditing app registrations and enterprise applications, but these are on the feature request board and I know it's on their radar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The time Inforcer saves is immense. We’re able to quickly standardise and iterate tenants en masse, which frees up the time we’d otherwise spend on repetitive tasks and lets us focus it elsewhere. We’re already seeing the ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Security Deployments with Continuous Improvements"

5/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

I really like the continuous development and timely addition of new features in Inforcer. It's impressive how quickly you can deploy settings to tenants. The administration features available through Inforcer are quite handy, as I can manage tasks like temporary access passes and Intune assignments without needing to use the Microsoft portal. It's great that the platform accurately follows its roadmap, making it a reliable tool for our needs. I also found the initial setup very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

Sometimes we get failures on deployments, but if we try it again, it will deploy. So, there are just minor bugs, especially when making a large number of changes. This has definitely improved since we began using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Inforcer to deploy Microsoft security and baselines across 250+ tenants, aligning them to a standard in hours instead of days and managing updates. It saves time and keeps us aligned with Microsoft changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Client Alignment and Deployment"

5/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

I really enjoy Inforcer's portal layout because it's clear and makes it easy to understand what's going on. The multi-tenant capabilities are essential for us, allowing us to quickly align clients to the baseline without having to click through individual admin portals. This avoids human error and saves time. We also like the shadow AI reports, which are becoming highly valuable for our clients. Additionally, the align tool is where we do most of our work, making it very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

On the whole, I think Inforcer is genuinely brilliant. The only small gripes we have is very occasionally policies don't apply or there's some error messages. Normally, waiting ten to fifteen minutes resolves this issue entirely. Other than that, we're incredibly happy with Inforcer. This happens very rarely and it's just one of those things with the way Intune and Graph APIs work, so no complaints here. It works 99% of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inforcer helps align clients to a secure baseline, prevents configuration drift, and allows us to deploy Microsoft 365 policies across all clients simultaneously. It saves time by avoiding manual login to each tenant and leverages expert-recommended baselines, eliminating the need to create our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Pane of Glass for Tenant Alignment, Fast Baselines, and Great Support"

4.5/5

What do you like best about inforcer?

The ability to see the alignment of all tenants in one pane of glass. I also appreciate the ease of use to push baselines quickly to tenants. Their support is great and customer success team is always engaged. I appreciate their commitment to provide additional resources to improve security and how to navigate various aspects of tenant management. I attended a Governance workshop which was highly valuable in understanding the role of AI and governance. I also appreciate their API where we have managed to intergrate our own internal tools to review and refine our own internal baseline. Their library is also helpful for identifying quick wins. We have saved hours on onboarding, cutting manual effort and providing value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inforcer?

Small nigle which isn't directly their fault - Microsoft changes the JSON schema of certain policies over time. Inforcer then recognises them as not aligned even though the policy does the same thing. - Causing manual effort to review and override. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inforcer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oversight and management of tenant alignment and provides the confidence that all clients are aligned and not drifting. Rapid deployment of policies resulting in less human error and saving time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
