It is our banner platform – we are able to function in terms of accounting and inventory as a single unit. We no longer need the time-consuming process of emailing to each other when we are in a different department and it has made communication much easier. **What do you dislike about Infor LX?** Which problem stands I am facing is data integration among separate applications. Drawing information from diverse branches of your overall system is a hard process, and often requires several exports and LOTs of edits. This leads to the loss of the overall view of the business, in turn it is hard to make sound strategic decisions to the business. **What problems is Infor LX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adopting Infor LX ERP has changed the situation completely; there is no necessity to use multiple, disconnected sophisticated programs anymore. This means that we no longer have to wait and hopefully, errors are own longer an option. Contrary to this, the data silo problem still exists whenever I need to reveal the insight of the business and the trends or the reports that require data from various department. ### 3.
