We run a fully managed, end-to-end outbound sales engine - from account building, intelligence and AI-powered prioritization through to SDR execution and customer acquisition. Our core services include outsourced SDR-as-a-Service, lead generation and audience building, and tele-content syndication. The provider helped with multiple projects including database development, data validation and append, and content syndication.

**What do you like best about infoAnalytica, Inc.?**

InfoAnalytica consistently delivers programs that drive high-value demand generation. Their demand generation programs delivered 12X ROI (ratio of pipeline to program spend) – for this reason they have been a leading vendor where we have increased investment spend. InfoAnalytica has consistently delivered high quality data. More importantly they have had a strong client success team that has been a close collaborator with our internal demand and field marketing teams.

**What do you dislike about infoAnalytica, Inc.?**

There is nothing really that we have disliked. What has made them much more effective is the introduction of their North America-based client success team.

**Recommendations to others considering infoAnalytica, Inc.:**

It would be useful to conduct a small pilot to understand value and validate the quality of their service offerings.

**What problems is infoAnalytica, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were addressing two specific problems - first was the challenge of building and maintaining an accurate prospect database. The second problem was to find high quality leads for our sales development team.

**Describe the project or task infoAnalytica, Inc. helped with:**

I worked with IA for almost 5 years during my tenure at Amazon on both research and database growth projects. Thanks to IA, we were able to focus on demand generation initiatives instead of researching competitors and lead sourcing. Now that I have transitioned to a mid-size SaaS company as the Director of Product Marketing and Demand generation, I immediately thought of bringing IA on board. Ramandeep is flexible, knowledgeable, communicative and follows through. He really does what is best for the client and tries to understand the business needs. Megha is the best at providing customer support and walking the the client through every step of the process. She asks for feedback often to make sure their team is hitting the mark. If you're considering working with them: DONT! As soon as you have the first conversation, you'll feel like they are rolling out the red carpet for you. Can't recommend them enough!

Their ability to strive to understand the client's goal and support in strategic inputs to get to the desired outcome

Nothing! They have perfected the skill of taking feedback and making actionable optimizations to improve the output.

**Describe the project or task infoAnalytica, Inc. helped with:**

I first worked with the InfoAnalytica team when I was running demand generation for a business line at Amazon. I've since brought them into SolarWinds (now N-Able), and continue to leverage them as an extension to my demand generation and SDR teams. I've leveraged InfoAnalytica across very high-quality list building, CRM data hygiene, inbound lead data append and qualification, market research, and content syndication. IA is always great at taking the time to understand your business objectives and coming to the table with ideas on how they can best be of help.

**What do you like best about infoAnalytica, Inc.?**

I've found InfoAnalytica to be very flexible at running proofs of concepts to facilitate the test and iterate approach that works with my channel testing and channel expansion strategy.

**What do you dislike about infoAnalytica, Inc.?**

Nothing - the partnership is solid. I don't expect everything we test is going to work. Their agility in running appropriate-sized proofs of concepts with me allows us to move quickly, test and learn, and, when we find our tests to perform, scale up our proof of concepts to higher and more meaningful volumes. They do a nice job of de-risking our experimentation.

We've solved numerous problems: database growth, data hygiene, qualification, etc.

**What do you like best about infoAnalytica, Inc.?**

InfoAnalytica has been a trustworthy partners in deliverable quality data and leads. We have used Infoanalytica data in our marketing outreach, sales operations data, and other use-cases. Their ability to consistently focus on results driven output is what stands out for us. We have seen improved conversions and increased ROI on an on-going basis using their data and services. The InfoAnalytica team truly believes in customer delight and have always made sure that our objectives are clearly understood and implemented upon.

**What do you dislike about infoAnalytica, Inc.?**

Infoanalytica is not very efficient at small jobs, and they end up putting a lower priority on smaller tasks – hence at times causing a bit of delay. For large scale projects, they have worked really well for us.

Marketing and sales operations data support, and market research.

**What do you like best about infoAnalytica, Inc.?**

infoAnalytica delivers everything you would expect from a business partner. We’ve been able to scale our operations tremendously as a result of our association with them. The quality of leads generated by infoAnalytica has a direct impact on the services we offer to our clients - be it helping companies build internal sales development team or amplifying inbound lead generation. The insights delivered have never been underwhelming.

**What do you dislike about infoAnalytica, Inc.?**

Frankly, we haven’t run into any issues yet.
