When everything is moving smoothly, it is. However, you never know when that will be. Your reports in a pdf format are frequently impossible to open, let alone send. I signed out and then back in to correct that. But now it won't allow me sign in even though I know the information is right. In the event that something doesn't accept what I entered, there is no way to reset it. Overall, it's lovely when it works. However, there is little you can do if something goes wrong. All that is left to do is wait for things to resume operating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
