inDM Reviews & Product Details

inDM is Instagram DM and comment automation for marketing-led businesses and professional creators. When someone comments a keyword on a post, replies to a story, or sends a DM, inDM responds automatically — delivering a link, or gating it behind a follow or an email — and tracks every person it reaches as a contact you own, with analytics on trigger rate, keyword performance and who it is reaching. Automations attach to your real posts, reels and stories rather than to an abstract flow chart, with a live preview of the message before anything goes out. A unified inbox collects the conversations they create, and contacts export to CSV. inDM runs on Meta's official Instagram API as an approved Meta Tech Provider. Nothing is metered. The free plan sends unlimited messages on one connected Instagram account, with a one-line inDM credit on the DMs it sends. Growth removes that credit and the account limit, and adds link click analytics, a scheduled follow-up DM, and automations that can be built before a post exists and bind themselves to your next one.
