IncentIQ Reviews & Product Details

IncentIQ is an AI-first Sales Incentive Management platform built natively on the ServiceNow platform that helps organizations design, automate, govern, and optimize sales compensation programs with confidence. As sales organizations grow, managing incentive compensation through spreadsheets and disconnected systems becomes increasingly complex, leading to calculation errors, delayed payouts, limited visibility, and commission disputes. IncentIQ replaces manual processes with a unified platform that streamlines the entire incentive compensation lifecycle—from plan design and quota management to commission calculations, approvals, payout statements, and performance analytics. Designed for Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales Leadership, IncentIQ supports complex compensation models including quotas, accelerators, bonuses, team-based incentives, credit splits, hierarchy roll-ups, and clawbacks. A configurable rules engine enables organizations to adapt compensation plans without extensive custom development. Built on ServiceNow, IncentIQ leverages enterprise-grade security, workflow automation, governance, role-based access, and platform scalability while integrating with CRM, ERP, Sales Order Management, and other business systems. With AI-powered capabilities, IncentIQ helps organizations simplify plan design, explain commission calculations, identify payout anomalies, and uncover insights that improve sales performance and compensation effectiveness. Whether you're scaling a growing sales team or managing global incentive programs, IncentIQ delivers the transparency, automation, and governance needed to align compensation with business goals.
