"Inbox Monster’s Insights and Bob’s Expertise Transformed Our Deliverability"
5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

I appreciate Inbox Monster's comprehensive deliverability insights suite, the user-friendly interface, and real-time data visualization, all of which make it easy to proactively manage our deliverability and inboxing. Best of all is our consultant, Bob, whose expertise, dedication, and guidance have completely transformed our lifecycle communications performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. The core platform gives us everything we could need right now. Any time we’ve bumped into a minor learning curve or feature question, Bob has helped us navigate it immediately and has offered demos for in-tool add-ons we've compared with competitors. "In-Depth Email Rendering Previews, but Navigation Limits Slow Reviews"
3/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

The rendering page from the creative tools is what I use. This tool offers many tabs that allow for an in-depth review of the email. The preview tab allows for a quick overview of the rendering on many different devices, allowing us to adapt the codes to fix problems before they occur Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

There are many limitations when navigating the rendering tool. The inability to highlight text in the proofing section, for example, forces me to open multiple tabs to review the copy & multiple elements of the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Laura Sullivan of Inbox Monster

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We appreciate the specifics around the rendering and proofing capabilities and will work to address this issue.

"Josie Makes Inbox Monster Feel Like an Extension of Our Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

Our deliverability expert, Josie, is like a natural extension of our team in a realm of email marketing that I don't possess my own expertise of. We're struggling from the bad start of standing up a new ESP and trying desperately to get into inboxes, and she's calmly walking us through what steps to take, and simultaneously keeping our VP of Marketing calm as we try to make this progress. It's only because of Josie that he understands that this isn't an overnight win that we can make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

Nothing! I've had a great experience with Inbox Monster across multiple partnerships from when I've worked at other companies as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"World-Class Deliverability Support Backed by a Powerful Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

We use Inbox Monster primarily to keep a real-time pulse on our email deliverability, monitor sender reputation, and catch rendering issues before our campaigns hit the inbox. It’s an incredibly powerful platform, but what truly sets Inbox Monster apart is the human element.

The support and the dedicated team that comes along with the product are absolutely world-class. Instead of just handing over a software license, they act as true extensions of our own team. Whether we need a deep dive into an unexpected deliverability spike or just a quick gut-check on a new sending domain, their customer success and technical support teams are always proactive, deeply knowledgeable, and incredibly fast to respond. You aren't just buying a great tool; you're gaining an elite deliverability team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

Here is a constructive "Dislikes" snippet that balances honest product feedback with a positive nod to their constant improvement.

What I Dislike About Inbox Monster

"While the platform is incredibly valuable, there are a couple of areas where it could grow. Specifically, their spam trap network feels a bit small compared to some of the legacy players in the space, which can occasionally limit the depth and granularity of our deliverability reporting.

That being said, the platform is also subject to regular, frequent product updates. While this is ultimately a major positive—it proves the team is constantly innovating and making the product better—the rapid pace of UI changes and new features means our team is constantly adapting and learning how to navigate the evolving layout. If they can deepen their data reporting while finding a slightly smoother rhythm for rolling out major updates, the platform will be tough to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Deliverability Insights, Proactive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

I really appreciate how prepared Anna is for our monthly calls. She brings a packed agenda, and it feels worth our time to hear her recommendations, insights, and best practices. She’s proactive about identifying things for us, always available for questions in our shared Slack channel, and I feel taken care of. I’m impressed by how smart she is in this space and by the guidance she gives us. Inbox Monster helps us get a high-level view of what affects our deliverability and email reputation, identify issues, and address them proactively. It makes email deliverability make sense. The dashboard is pretty user friendly, and I appreciate the inbox alerts. They show us when there’s a problem and make it easy to see the affected ISP, campaign, and inboxing rate, with a link to view the campaign in the dashboard. The email alerts are really valuable and convenient because we don’t have to go into the platform every day; we can take an alert to Slack, tag Anna, and ask her to look into it. "All-in-One Deliverability Metrics with Seamless Marketing Cloud Engagement Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

Easy access to all my email deliverability and inbox placement metrics in one place. The send previews are excellent, and the analysis of email content is really helpful.

The integration with Marketing Cloud Engagement was seamless and works perfectly.

The new AI features are quickly providing actionable testing recommendations.

Support from our Inbox Monster partners has been top tier and they are very responsive. With their help we've been able to realize valuable improvements to our inbox placement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

The dashboard and data can sometimes be a bit difficult to interpret. While we do receive inbox alerts, it isn’t always easy to find the relevant details in Inbox Monster so we can properly review them and take action based on the alerts we’ve received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trusted, Reliable Suite with an Easy-to-Navigate UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

I like their suite of products, the easy-to-navigate user interface, and the trust and reliability we’ve built with them. We also have an excellent account rep, Josie, who really helps keep us informed and supports us in staying aligned with industry best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

There’s not much not to like. They do a lot very well. Some of their features cost a premium compared to other services, but you get what you pay for, and I trust Inbox Monster’s quality and effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deliverability Visibility Made Easy—with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

The most helpful aspect of Inbox Monster is the added layer of deliverability visibility it provides beyond our ESP reporting. We rely on it regularly to monitor sender reputation, validate inbox placement across major providers, and quickly diagnose issues that could impact engagement at scale. As our email volume has grown, having a tool that helps us protect domain health and send with confidence has been extremely valuable. The platform is easy to use, straightforward to implement, and integrates smoothly with our existing email stack, which made adoption simple for our team. Inbox Monster also offers a strong set of features without feeling overly complex, and we use it frequently as part of our normal campaign workflow.

I also want to call out the support. Our rep, Josie Garcia, brings a ton of real-world experience and has gone above and beyond for our account multiple times. She’s extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us work through complex deliverability questions. That level of support makes the platform even more valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

I would like to see more proactive alerts or automation around deliverability changes. The data is there, but it would be helpful to have more built-in notifications when inbox placement or reputation shifts significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Laura Sullivan of Inbox Monster

"Intuitive Deliverability Insights with Powerful Blocklists and Advanced AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

Inbox Monster is extremely intuitive and easy to understand, with a powerful seed network and an easy-to-monitor IP/domain blocklist capability. They're also pushing the envelope in AI, becoming more advanced in that field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

Some of the ways Inbox Monster slices and dices its data aren’t entirely clear, and I wish for more customization in data aggregation and surfacing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Expert Client Services and Tools That Make Deliverability Monitoring Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

Client Services (Pilar Bower is the best!!) Their knowledge of the email industry, along with the tools they provide, is key to helping us flag deliverability issues. They’re also extremely helpful when it comes to staying on top of upcoming changes in the email industry.

The delivery dashboard is something I use daily when I’m monitoring and flagging deliverability problems, and I wouldn’t be able to do it nearly as easily without the platform.

The creative tools are great as well, especially if you’re constantly testing new templates and blocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

There’s nothing I dislike about the platform. It’s very user-friendly once you get the hang of where everything is located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
