**What do you like best about Inbox Mailers?**

Sounded like a great tool and was easy to setup.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Mailers?**

Support was less than helpful, there system sent 5 emails in 7 days and 100 emails in 30 days to a list of 2000 contacts. I consistently asked if this is how it was supposed to perform and support said yes everything looks good. My colleague was in his email all day and nothing happened.

**What problems is Inbox Mailers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cancelled my subscription and sent support an email with no reply.

Ability to know subscribers time on inbox in order to help increase CTR

Still knew and has a couple bugs to fix but overall it's a great tool

Increasing email engagement, one of the most important aspects of continued sales for my company
