What I like best about In4Suite is that it keeps all real estate operations on one single platform. From sales, CRM, inventory, accounts to post-sales, everything is connected, so there is less manual follow-up and less chance of errors.
For a marketing and sales coordination role like mine, it becomes very easy to track leads, check unit availability instantly, and coordinate with the sales and accounts team without depending on multiple Excel sheets or calls. What I dislike about In4Suite is that the interface feels a bit complex for new users and takes time to understand.Finding specific reports or options is not always quick.
From a marketing point of view, customized lead and campaign reports are not easily available on the dashboard.
