  ### 1. ImToken Wallet: simplified network transitions.

**What do you like best about imToken?**

ImToken is great for beginners or advanced users.  They have pre-installed all of the main custom RPC networks such as BSC, Polygon, Gnosis, Fantom, and others so changing your wallet from network to network is just a simple selection from a drop down menus. Super convenient.

**What do you dislike about imToken?**

The wallet is developed in China and it is very often noticeable in the language. Frequent spelling and grammar errors as well as occasional issues with clarity of the communications. It could be alarming for some users to see this but for me it's just a bit unprofessional in its appearance.

**What problems is imToken solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ImToken wallet for some hot wallet transfers.  These include ETH, BNB, LTC, BTC, HT, MATIC, FTM among several others.  The transition function while moving from network to network is much simpler on ImToken in comparison to many others.

**What do you like best about imToken?**

I like how easily you can switch between the networks that your wallet is connected to.  Jumping from ETH TO BSC to Polygon is made super easy with the Imtoken wallet.  It also supports over 2 doze chains.  Highly versatile.

**What do you dislike about imToken?**

Occasionally I encounter issues when attempting to connect via walletconnect protocol.  It usually works but there have been times where it fails to connect for some reason.  Also the touch ID seems to always disable itself.

**What problems is imToken solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a wallet with a built in web3 browser which is rare anymore because apple has been forcing the other wallet providers (trust wallet) to remove the browser or risk getting delisted from the app store.
