IMT — Investigation Management Tool is software that consolidates evidence, entities, diary entries, tasks, and reports into a single case file. It features link analysis and AI analysts working directly from case documents. Evidence management supports documents, photos, audio, and video files with metadata tracking. The investigation diary logs actions chronologically, while task assignment enables team coordination. Entity management tracks individuals, companies, vehicles, and properties. Link analysis creates relationship graphs and detects shared contact information and IDs across cases. Three AI analysts handle OSINT research, financial crime analysis, and document processing with OCR. Reports are generated in Word format. Role-based permissions control data access, and data residency complies with South Africa's POPIA regulations. Organizations are isolated within the system, and deletion logs track file removals with user attribution and timestamps.
