You can export search results (CSV and XLS) unlimitedly, if you are an Enterprise user.  The pricing is reasonable! any company, even a small-scale one can afford it. And if you have any question, the team will reply you very quickly. I feel they lovely help the users fixing any issue or satisfying any demands. **What do you dislike about ImportKey?** Sometimes the company's names, neither buyer or supplier, in the searched result are a little different, e.g. Mitsui And Co U S A Inc and Mitsui And Co Usa Inc, but in fact they are the same one. I also like how the search field autopopulates with records in the system as you type in a word, so in case a company name isn't on record exactly as you might have thought to type it, the search field will show you everything similar before you hit enter. **What do you dislike about ImportKey?** It would be helpful to have a key of definitions for exactly what some codes/terms on the BOLs were referencing. It would also be interesting if you could see what the value of the shipments was and/or who the hired customs importers or shipping companies were. **What problems is ImportKey solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was in need of a sample BOL for a certain product type going Thailand into the US. The most important part is the export to Excel, so we can analyze and save the status. Pricing is also reasonable, so there are plenty of good reasons to use it. **What do you dislike about ImportKey?** There was nothing substantial I disliked. **What problems is ImportKey solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to move parts of the production from China to Vietnam due to high import duties in the US for deliveries from China. Importkey helped us to identify vendors, who had experience with premium brands in our category. First, the visualizations, for example, graphs of shipments over time and supplier-customer relationships are extremely useful for easily identifying and showing others the key data. Advanced Search Options is great as it allows Boolean searching, for example, to narrow down on all shipments in a specific Date Range AND a specific Shipper Name AND a specific Recipient Name AND the Description contains specific term(s). Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about ImportKey?** Nothing really. Perhaps it would be nice to be able to save advanced searches. **What problems is ImportKey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helped find suppliers and customers for legal research. ### 45.
