I like the responsive help chat, which is always there to assist. Additionally, I appreciate that the team is willing to take on feedback and suggestions, and actually work on them. **What do you dislike about imploy?** No real “dislike” as I understand that Imploy is slowly developing/upgrading as it goes! Some features that have already been recommended or suggested to Imploy via email e.g., more integrations with other tools or software we use (such as Heidi, Google/Apple/Mobile Calendars, Zoom/Teams/Google Meet, Theratrak, alternative invoicing softwares), login to more than 1 device at the same time, pop-up windows not always scrollable so requires browser zoom-out or some other way to fully view the pop-up window to see all functions/sections/buttons. The initial setup was okay for me, but it wasn't as easy for my boss who is less tech-savvy. **What problems is imploy solving and how is that benefiting you?** imploy is a cheaper alternative for small NDIS providers, has a responsive help chat, and is open to feedback and suggestions. ### 2. The templates are a standout feature for me. They come pre-configured, which eases my workload, and I have the flexibility to add, remove, or modify them according to my service needs. imploy's prompt customer support is also very reassuring, especially since I'm new to the platform and transitioning from another service. Additionally, I can create service agreements tailored to different needs, whether they're detailed for business or simple for participants and their families without getting bogged down by legal jargon. Overall, the initial setup was very easy, which was a relief as I switched from a more complicated platform. **What do you dislike about imploy?** Observations - sometimes we need to go back to add or edit notes for the day but can not as they are locked **What problems is imploy solving and how is that benefiting you?** imploy has made my admin time more efficient, with templates that make creating and modifying forms easier and adaptable to my service needs, saving time and effort. ### 3. The pricing is also a big advantage since it's cheaper than most of the market options, which benefits us directly. The support from their team is another plus; they were very helpful during the initial setup, making the process easy, even if it took a bit of time. **What do you dislike about imploy?** I think they still have some features missing. PRODA is missing right now and SIL as well, but SIL is coming up in their next Jan launch. SIL would help our NDIS clients a lot. **What problems is imploy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use imploy for rostering, filling shifts with AI, bulk invoicing, and support coordination with their Tasks feature for HCP and NDIS. ### 5.
