I find imploy to be one of the cheaper alternatives for an NDIS provider's Practice Management Software. I like the responsive help chat, which is always there to assist. No real “dislike” as I understand that Imploy is slowly developing/upgrading as it goes! Some features that have already been recommended or suggested to Imploy via email e.g., more integrations with other tools or software we use (such as Heidi, Google/Apple/Mobile Calendars, Zoom/Teams/Google Meet, Theratrak, alternative invoicing softwares), login to more than 1 device at the same time, pop-up windows not always scrollable so requires browser zoom-out or some other way to fully view the pop-up window to see all functions/sections/buttons. I find imploy incredibly valuable because it has made my admin time more efficient. The templates are a standout feature for me. They come pre-configured, which eases my workload, and I have the flexibility to add, remove, or modify them according to my service needs. imploy's prompt customer support is also very reassuring, especially since I'm new to the platform and transitioning from another service. Additionally, I can create service agreements tailored to different needs, whether they're detailed for business or simple for participants and their families without getting bogged down by legal jargon. I really like imploy's clean user interface; it feels much better and modern than anything else out there. The pricing is also a big advantage since it's cheaper than most of the market options, which benefits us directly. What do you dislike about imploy? I think they still have some features missing. PRODA is missing right now and SIL as well, but SIL is coming up in their next Jan launch.
