The candidates claim they have worked on the skills we are hiring for but often fail to prove their experience in the panel interview. The iMocha tests have helped in screening candidates on their technical skills. I am now moving forward with the candidates who have proved their skills. The hiring managers are happy too with the quality of candidates! I have recently used the iMocha for campus hiring (graduate freshers). It really helped me in screening the candidates and going forward with only those candidates who where able to score better. We have about 100 + students who appeared for the test and about 50 cleared the assessment. This reduced our interview process time. The panels spent only half time in meeting the candidates. Overall creating a good candidate experience! **What do you dislike about iMocha?** I have been using iMocha for more than three months now and yet to find something to dislike. Suggestion: It will be helpful if we can have the test completion alerts received directly to each user rather than one admin person. The platform has an easy interface and essentially covers all key functionalities which are required by our users as well as administrators. The platform is very easy to use for our company due to the various functionalities that are available - which makes it easy for us as an Education Technology platform, but also easy for our partners and various cross-functional teams to use and coordinate on.We were particularly happy with the performance report template available to test-taker after the test- and the fact that it was emailed to users in addition to being available for access to various administrators. The other factor is the vast library of questions that are available on the platform which cover a wide array of topics from Data Science to Technology and Management, and there are detailed question banks on several topics within these domains as well available on the platform. **What do you dislike about iMocha?** It would be helpful if we could have more detailed insights available at an individual test-taker level. There were also some minor issues with the tech stack, however, they were quickly resolved by the team. The IM team does need to thoroughly review the quality of experts empaneled for designing the questions, in addition to setting up more processes for a periodic review of all the questions. The interview mocha test has been implemented with the perspective of having an industry perspective on our learner performance. It is also enabling a better understanding for us to see where the learners currently lie with respect to their peers from Industry, and also for learners to identify their areas of improvement. Till now the tests have been implemented across our entire portfolio of programs, so we have considerably more data on skill level learner performance. This will require the booking of a conference room for the whole day, use of office laptops, and dividing the candidates into groups since we only had 5 laptops which means that we will need to have 3 sessions to test all the 15 candidates. Safer with less social contact. iMocha support staffs are amicable and helpful. 24 hour response time is what I enjoy the most. **What do you dislike about iMocha?** I wouldn't say I like automatic notification every time a candidate completes an Exam. We should only get one notification once the Exam is complete. During the Exam, Some Candidates had problems with the webcams, and we were unable to introduce our candidates to have a complete testing adventure. I would recommend the candidates not to be able to proceed with the Exam without a properly working webcam. Test Scores cannot be updated if we want to toss out questions. The platform has high uptime and is accessible for even non-technical users. The skill library is quite comprehensive. We started to use mocha for screening engineering candidates, but after some time we added imocha testing to general recruitment process for other departments. **What do you dislike about iMocha?** Creating custom questions is somewhat time consuming. I wish there were some kind of question builder / or question template. More specifically coding questions need more customization as they cannot be easily modified without an complete rewrite. **What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to perform on site aptitude tests for our hires, however due to the covid pandemic we could not offer on site testing. Under the Invites tab, we see the total number of people who have logged in. Instead, it should show people to whom invites are sent. Based on scores, I know exactly which candidates to send to the end client. The Hiring Managers grow accustomed to looking at that score and it almost seems like they're ready to make an offer sometimes, just based on a high score. It really primes the client for a successful placement. **What do you dislike about iMocha?** Not much. It would be nice if you could clone a test into a secondary account without having to store it in the primary account, but there's a nice workaround for that. Sometimes the niche skillset I'm looking for isn't listed in test questions, but I can still email the JD to Jaideep to have him custom create a test. **What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are moving at lightning speed now. We have a fluid system that feeds us candidates, and we simply send them a test. If they score above a certain %, we submit. If not, we don't. This allows each one of my recruiters to get through about 10x the profiles if they had to do the complete technical assessment themselves. Also, our recruiters just aren't as technical as the iMocha tests. iMocha saves us time clearing technical ability, it gives us a baseline measurement to compare all candidates, and our clients trust us. When prospecting for new business, it opens doors for me that otherwise would not have opened. ### 33. I love the preview test option. Dashboard/analytics is nice also. Helpdesk colleagues are awesome, very helpful and resourceful. **What do you dislike about iMocha?** Reporting is not very user-friendly. Its time consuming to download each report and upload type answers separately. There could be a bulk download option. When dealing with 10 tests at the same time, it would save a lot of time. Questions couldn't be sequenced (now this is solved as far as I know). The assessment only works if its multiple or single choice test - if answer is narrative it indicates it as wrong answer. With AI this could be enhanced. There could be some easy to see/access/understand tutorial videos available. I am a bit lost sometimes and the FAQs are not always helpful. You could maybe also add more FAQs. **What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to assess candidates' technical competency and to eliminate unsuccessful candidates and enables us to proceed with technically competent candidates for interviews. Before trying Interview Mocha, we were really concerned about how we can monitor candidates while conducting a remote assessment. Secondly, the question's insight feature is really helpful. Based upon the results, it automatically assigns the difficulties to all the questions and it reduces our human efforts by more than a half. **What do you dislike about iMocha?** I really don't dislike anything about Interview Mocha. These guys have put a lot of effort into their platform and I am no one to dislike or judge anything. Although the chances of improvement are always there but, I couldn't find anything that is annoying and unpleasant for us. **What problems is iMocha solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to assess candidates on our premises as well as on remote locations too. But our main concern was to monitor those candidates and interview mocha has really helped us a lot in doing that.
