I have a separate login for each client(four total so far) that utilizes MedNet. It would be nice if I could somehow have a master login that allowed me access to all the communities that I need to view/update, without having to log out and log back in. Could use actual auto-coding module with AI. Current MedDRA and WHODrug coding modules allow for synonym saves, but not actual auto-coding.

Text prediction when typing could be a further enhancement.

iMedNet is an excellent EDC for clinical trials. Dashboards, reports, and patient record page are all very simple and intuitive - all key information and action items are visible at a glance. We get great feedback from site users, CRAs, and sponsors alike. Further, their support team is extremely attentive and always willing to help with complex requests. While I appreciate the simple design, I think the same functionality presented in a slightly more modern way could impress potential clients even more. I believe this is well in the works at Mednet. I think the mobile optimized ePRO pages could be slightly improved. We cannot change the text size for radio button options and users need to zoom on their phones to look at one question at a time. The ease of the design and go live, dev and UAT features. I can make updates and UAT quickly to turn around system issues or changes to the study as needed. Ease of Implementation is a key item to me when looking at EDC systems.
