Thank you for the review, Sheeba - really glad the range of models (Nano Banana, Runway, Kling, and the rest) and the generation quality are giving you an edge for social and product ad content. Having the latest models in one place so you can stay current with trends is exactly the value the platform is built around, and it's great to hear the templates like Frost Shots and Island Splash are fun to explore.

You flagged three things worth addressing. On generation time, the newer fast models (Nano Banana Pro especially, and Seedance 2.0 Fast for video) are quicker, and the priority queue on Ultimate and Creator plans cuts wait times further. On the ads during the process - that feedback is fair and noted; it's useful to hear where they feel most disruptive. On the app going to a blank screen and not retrieving - that one's a real bug, not something you should have to live with. A hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) usually recovers it in the moment, but if it's recurring, please send details to support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review) - your browser, roughly when it happens (during generation? switching tools?), and how often. Blank-screen/failure-to-load issues are usually very fixable once the team can reproduce them, and a report from you helps them catch it.

Thank you for the review, jamsheed. Glad the speed from a simple prompt to a usable visual is working for concepts and marketing material.

On the inconsistencies, each of the three you name has a different fix. For specific text in an image, Recraft V4 and GPT Image 2 are much stronger than the general purpose models. For hands, Nano Banana 2 and Seedream V5 Pro hold anatomy noticeably better. For complex compositions, the Prompt Enhancer helps by restructuring a long prompt so the model does not drop parts of it, and reference based generation is more reliable still, since anchoring to an image that already has the composition you want beats describing it in words.

To cut the number of attempts down, Edit Studio inpaint is the important one. Mask the text, the hand, or the single element that is wrong and regenerate only that area, leaving the rest of a good image intact. That reduces credit spend too, since you are not paying for full re-rolls.

On credits for the advanced features, the premium models cost considerably more to run, so iterating on the lighter models and finishing on a premium one is the most efficient pattern. On needing a few attempts to land exactly what you want, two things help most. The Prompt Enhancer restructures your prompt so the model interprets the details more reliably, and reference based generation lets you anchor the output to an image or style you already like instead of trying to describe it in words. Model choice matters here too, so Seedream V5 Pro, Nano Banana 2 and Flux 2 follow prompt detail noticeably better than the lighter models. And when a generation is close but not quite right, Edit Studio inpaint lets you fix just the part that is off instead of starting over, which cuts the number of attempts down a lot.

On credits, the free daily credits do reset every 24 hours, so the balance replenishes rather than running out for good. What do you like best about ImagineArt?

honestly the interface is very good, no problems there. in my personal experience i never had trouble locating tools. Speaking of tools, Imagine art has a lot of tools and AI models to choose from. The workflow feature is very impressive. The website itself well optimised for browsers with almost no lag. The imagine art team on discord has is very helpful when it comes to FAQs and general support for creators like myself. They really put in the effort! Imagine art as compared to other tools i have worked with is fairly affordable given the amount of features you get in the subscription plan. One thing to point out is how well the AI understands what you mean in the prompt even if the detailing in your prompt is little, its like it predicts what you want. I have not tried to do any real app integrations to say the least so i wont say much there. Overall its an amazing app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i don't like most about imagineart is how i feel like some Ai models especially video models consume an insane amount of credits. One minute you have 5k creadits then boom! you're running low. Really glad Workflows is paying off the way you described - getting image, upscaling, and video into one connected canvas instead of tab-switching is exactly the friction it was built to remove. Also good to hear the AI is reading your prompts well even with light detail; that's the Prompt Enhancer doing some of that work in the background, plus the underlying models having gotten significantly stronger at intent inference.

On video credit consumption - completely fair. Video generation is genuinely an order of magnitude more compute-heavy than image generation (which is why credit costs are so different), but the gap from 5K credits to running low can feel sudden, and we hear that consistently. A few practical things that help: the newer fast-variant models (Seedance 2.0 Fast, Veo 3.1 Fast) generate noticeably quicker and at lower credit cost than the premium tiers without giving up much quality for exploration passes. A common pattern that stretches video credits much further is to block out shots with a fast or mid-tier model and only switch to a premium model (Kling 3.0 Pro, Veo 3.1, Runway Gen-4) for the final renders you actually keep. Yearly billing also stretches credit-per-dollar by 30%, and top-up credit packs are available for high-volume stretches.
