The platform caters to a diverse audience, including marketing teams, creative agencies, content creators, social media managers, e-commerce brands, filmmakers, and fashion designers. With its user-friendly interface and robust capabilities, ImagineArt is particularly beneficial for those who require high-quality visual content quickly and consistently. The platform's various studios - Image, Video, Edit, Upscale, and Audio - offer specialized tools for different aspects of content creation. For instance, the Image Studio provides advanced text-to-image and image-to-image generation, while the Video Studio supports a range of video creation methods, including text-to-video and image-to-video. ImagineArt's key features include a visual node-based canvas that allows users to chain together AI models into repeatable creative workflows. This flexibility enables users to create tailored pipelines for specific projects, such as product catalogs or marketing campaigns. The App Builder feature further enhances usability by transforming any workflow into a team-ready application with a custom interface. Additionally, the platform offers over 100 pre-built templates for focused tasks, allowing users to generate CGI product photos, AI headshots, and viral social media content quickly without the need to build a workflow from scratch. The platform also provides role-based access and team management features, ensuring that users can maintain brand consistency across all projects. For enterprise users, ImagineArt offers enhanced features such as SOC 2 compliance, IP indemnification, and dedicated support, making it a trusted solution for international enterprises in industries like entertainment, fashion, e-commerce, and marketing. By consolidating multiple AI subscriptions into one platform, ImagineArt enables users to achieve faster production times - reportedly 60% to 80% quicker - while maintaining brand consistency at scale. ## ImagineArt Reviews
 ### 1. Feature-Rich Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** gatot n.

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I like that ImagineArt keeps up with the latest AI tools and features. It's convenient to have so many creative options available in one place, making it easy to experiment with different workflows.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

The web app can sometimes feel a bit unresponsive, especially during navigation or loading. Improving the overall responsiveness would make the experience much smoother.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies my content creation workflow. Having multiple AI tools in one place saves time and lets me focus more on creating instead of managing different platforms.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Gatot - really glad the all-in-one positioning is paying off for your content workflow. Reducing tool-juggling so you can focus on creating is exactly the outcome we're aiming for.

On web app responsiveness during navigation and loading - fair, and it's an active focus area. The asset library and dashboard especially can feel heavier as accounts accumulate more generations over time. A few things that can help in the meantime: clearing browser cache occasionally helps if the app has been open across many sessions, and Chrome or Edge tend to perform better than Safari for the web app currently. If you can share specific moments where it feels worst (which page, what action, whether it's during heavy generation activity or just browsing) at support@imagine.art with this G2 review referenced, that gives the engineering team concrete reproducible cases to work from.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 2. Versatile AI Video Workflows, Fair Pricing, and Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muggle . | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

All types of engines are available, with many unique workflows to help create a good AI video. The pricing also feels suitable for everyone. Support is helpful as well when it comes to solving different issues.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

It sometimes hangs while I’m working, but overall it’s a good product.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me create lots of unique artwork and cinematic-style videos for my anime art channel on Instagram.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the variety of engines, pricing, and support are working for your anime art channel.

On the hanging issue - that's something we'd want to look at. If you can share what you're doing when it happens (specific workflow, model, browser/device) at support@imagine.art, we'll route it to the team. Sometimes it's a single model under load, sometimes a workflow node - knowing the context helps narrow it down.

For your anime and cinematic Instagram work, worth experimenting across the different image models to see which handles your style best - they vary noticeably for illustration vs. photorealism. Kling 3.0 Pro in Video Studio is strong for cinematic motion if you're producing anime-style shorts, and Imagine Apps has social-ready templates that can save time on recurring formats.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 3. Excellente product.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Animation

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Powerful Anime Models: It excels at generating highly detailed, vibrant anime and manga-style artwork.Diverse Aspect Ratios: Users can easily customize canvas sizes to fit specific social media platforms or print needs.Intuitive Inpainting: The platform allows for straightforward image editing by painting over areas to add or remove objects.Text-to-Image Accuracy: It effectively translates complex, descriptive text prompts into visually coherent images.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Satisfied with the product. Consistent performance.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tool Fatigue and High Costs: Creatives previously had to pay for and toggle between separate subscriptions for different AI tasks (e.g., Midjourney for images, Runway for video, ElevenLabs for audio).Disjointed Content Pipelines: Moving assets from text-to-image generators into separate editors, upscalers, and video animators disrupted creative momentum.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad ImagineArt is landing well across so many dimensions. The specific callouts on anime and manga generation, aspect ratio flexibility, inpainting, and text-to-image accuracy are useful signal on what's working, and the framing of the problem being solved (tool fatigue and disjointed pipelines from stitching together Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, and separate editors) captures exactly the pain point the all-in-one platform is designed for.

If anime and manga work is core to what you do, worth keeping an eye on the model lineup as it evolves - different models have different strengths for stylized illustration, and switching between them can be a fast way to explore aesthetic variations. And if there's anything down the line that could be improved or expanded for animation workflows specifically, please reach out at support@imagine.art with this G2 review referenced.

Thanks again for the thorough feedback.

 ### 4. One of the best options that ImagineArt have is that 100 daily free credits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Accessibility to most mid-tier AI like Nano Banana, ZTurbo,...

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

We cannot purchase token or subscription using Crypto payments.
If crypto payment option become available, I'm the first one that purchase my first subscription in whole AI generative websites.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solve our costs for prototyping by providing 100 credits daily, so we can use this genuine offer to create our prototypes free.

 ### 5. Perfect Tool for Easy and Fast Graphic Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jad c. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I mainly use ImagineArt for my business socials to make graphics and cool videos. I love that it's very easy to use, very simple, and fast at generating. Everything works well with ImagineArt, it’s the perfect tool for me. The initial setup was very easy, I just signed in and created a whole lot of cool graphics.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

i like everything about it

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ImagineArt for creating graphics and videos for my business socials. It solves my lack of professionalism in design, is easy to use, simple, and fast at generating content.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Jad - really glad ImagineArt is the right fit for your business social content. Easy, simple, and fast is exactly what we aim for.

If you ever want to push further, Imagine Apps offers 100+ one-click templates designed for social outputs, and Marketing Studio is worth a look for brand-locked campaign assets if business branding is part of the work.

Thanks again for the kind words.

 ### 6. Impressive Variety, Fantastic Quality Output

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bic R. | TAF Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I like the accessibility and variety of products ImagineArt offers. It's a pretty amazing site that helps me create what I need to. The quality of the output is also a strong point, which I find essential to make my brand shine. We have a variety, allowing us to use different models to do different kinds of videos.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Kinda confusing first ten minutes during setup, and I've given feedback on some areas directly, like small things with music.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImagineArt helps me create what I need, offering accessible, high-quality products with a variety of models for different kinds of videos.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Bic - really glad the model variety and output quality are helping with your brand work. Different models for different video types is exactly how we want Video Studio to feel.

On the setup confusion - fair, and we're actively working on smoother first-run onboarding. Also appreciate you raising the music feedback directly; that's the most useful kind of input for shaping what comes next.

Since you're at a mid-market company doing brand work, Marketing Studio is worth a look (launching within this week) - it produces brand-locked ad and campaign assets, and pairs well with shared Brand Kits for keeping output consistent across your team.

Thanks again for the detailed feedback and the kind words.

 ### 7. Effortless Marketing with ImagineArt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie S. | Mental Health Professional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I like the ease of use and that the images are pretty easy to search for. I also really like the layout of ImagineArt. The initial setup was a 10 out of 10 in terms of ease.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

I dont have any dislikes.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImagineArt makes creating campaigns easier for obtaining new referrals. I like its ease of use, with images being easy to search for, and we prefer its layout over Canva.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Stephanie - really glad the setup, layout, and image search are landing well for your practice's marketing work. Building referral campaigns for a mental health practice is a genuinely different marketing challenge than generic small-business promotion (tone, sensitivity, and trust all matter more), so hearing that ImagineArt is fitting into that workflow smoothly is good signal.

The Canva comparison is appreciated too. Canva is a strong platform, but the two tools are optimizing for different things - Canva for template-based design, ImagineArt for original generation and multi-model creative flexibility - so it's useful to know when the tradeoff lands in our favor for a specific workflow.

If anything does come up as friction down the line, please reach out at support@imagine.art with this G2 review referenced. And thanks again.

 ### 8. Effortless AI Creations with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lars K. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I find ImagineArt incredibly easy to use for creating AI content, especially coming from a 3D modeling background. Transitioning into AI creation with ImagineArt has been smooth, and I'm amazed by the results. I absolutely love how easy it is to do my own creations in the workflow. The initial setup was totally easy with a short learning curve, and the support is amazing.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

could white flag some more words for creations without it being NSFW

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImagineArt makes it easy for me to transition from 3D modeling to AI creation, and I'm amazed by the results.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Lars - and especially for the kind words on support. Hearing that the transition from 3D modeling has been smooth, and that Workflows is working well for your own creations, is genuinely great to read.

On the NSFW filtering you mentioned - fair criticism, and one of the trickier balances in AI image generation. Content moderation models tend to err on the side of false positives, which means legitimate prompts sometimes get flagged when they shouldn't. We're actively working on reducing over-blocking, and the most useful thing you could do is share the specific prompts or words you felt were incorrectly flagged at support@imagine.art (referencing this G2 review). We'll route them directly to the moderation team for review.

Since you're working across 3D and AI creation, a few things might be especially useful if you haven't tried them already:

Reference-based generation pairs well with workflows - you can upload a reference asset (a specific model, lighting setup, or material look) and have AI outputs match that direction across multiple generations. ImagineArt 2.0 and Seedream v4.5 also handle photorealistic and material-realistic outputs particularly well, which is often what 3D-adjacent work calls for. And if you're already enjoying Workflows, App Builder is worth a look - it packages your workflows into team-ready apps with custom interfaces, useful when you've built something repeatable and want to share it cleanly.

Thanks again for taking the time to review, and for the detailed positive feedback. Please do email those flagged prompts when you get a chance - we genuinely want the moderation to feel less restrictive for legitimate use cases.

 ### 9. Effortless Navigation with Some Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshay P. | Tour Escort / Tour Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I love how easy it is to use ImagineArt. The app is great because of the ease of using multiple models at the same time, which feels wonderful. The navigation is particularly interesting since I can work on multiple models at once. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Sometimes the video generation gets stuck, and repeatedly using the same actions like fire or angry mode without selection is frustrating.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImagineArt makes it easy to use multiple models simultaneously, which is amazing.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Akshay - really glad the multi-model workflow is working well for you, especially the ability to use multiple models simultaneously.

On the friction points you mentioned (video generation getting stuck, and the "fire or angry mode" issue) - both sound worth investigating, but a bit hard to act on without more specifics. If you can email support@imagine.art with details (which Studio you were in, which models, what you were trying to do, where it got stuck), we'll route it directly to the team.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 10. Creates Stunning Art with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I use ImagineArt to create sports and Pokémon images because it creates beautiful art I cannot make. I love the HD quality, and the most valuable feature for me is all the different AIs I can use. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

I feel like when an image is created I don't like, I shouldn't be charged credits for it. I think everyone who has a subscription should have about 5 to 10 recredits for images a week, so it allows us to get credits back for images we don't like but also won't let us abuse the system. Also, it's super easy to set up, just expensive.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImagineArt creates beautiful art I cannot make, providing me with stunning sports and Pokémon images.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the HD quality and model variety are landing for your art projects.

On credit refunds for images you don't like - that's thoughtful product feedback. The anti-abuse framing (capped weekly refunds) is exactly the right way to think about it. Not something we currently offer, but worth flagging to the product team - share at support@imagine.art if you want to push it forward.

On cost - yearly billing saves 30% which brings effective monthly rates down significantly. The Prompt Enhancer (Basic plan upward) also reduces wasted credits by improving prompts on the first try, which addresses some of the same underlying pain.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 11. Well-developed and useful tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Good balance between usefulness and range of tools. It isn't bloated, but it also isn't scarce, kinda a jack of all trades with the ideal depth.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

I thought some prices could be more affordable, despite not entirely overpriced.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly images, especially 'cause I'm using it for free. But I'm interested in producing videos, therefore you'd like prices that optimized my budget.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the balance feels right to you. "Jack of all trades with the ideal depth" is genuinely one of the nicer ways anyone's described the platform, and it's a hard balance to strike (as some of our other reviewers who find it either too much or wanting more will attest), so hearing it land as well-calibrated for you is good signal.

On pricing and optimizing your budget for video - a few concrete things help. Yearly billing saves 30% over monthly, which is the biggest single lever. Since you're moving from images into video, the Basic plan at $9/month is the entry point that unlocks the full Video Studio, and it's a low bar to test whether video fits your workflow before committing to more. For stretching credits once you're generating video: block out clips with the faster, cheaper models (Seedance 2.0 Fast, Veo 3.1 Fast) during exploration, and switch to premium models (Kling 3.0 Pro, Veo 3.1) only for the final versions you keep. That workflow makes a real difference on video specifically, since video generations cost more than images.

Thanks again for the feedback.

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Simple, fast, and intuitive. Constant updates and lots of new features. Very useful for illustrations.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

haven't seen anything yet, maybe one has to wait for these "coins" or credits.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 13. It's amazing. Love it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

the range of models, the speed, the UI, the features, the support.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

It's a lot of features, and would love to see more regular tutorials posted.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the wide range of models is allowing massive explorations as I hone my AI Art skills, as I try build an AiArtist / Tarot brand.

 ### 14. ImagineArt Makes High-Quality Images Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I like that ImagineArt is easy to use and creates high-quality images in just a few seconds. It saves time and helps me create creative designs without needing advanced design skills.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Sometimes the generated images are not exactly what I expect, so I need to try different prompts. Also, some advanced features require a paid plan.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImagineArt helps me create images quickly without spending a lot of time designing them from scratch. It saves time, makes content creation easier, and helps me create professional-looking visuals for my projects.

 ### 15. ImagineArt: Versatile AI Generation for Images, Videos, and Art Assets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

ImagiveArt is a great tool to have in your toolbox, useful for generating images, backgrounds, videos, and art assets. Text prompts and settings let you create and customize anything you might need.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

ImagineArt is an extensive suite of tools. The more complex tools such as workflows and plugins can be complicated. Generation times can also be lengthly for long videos.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not always easy to find that perfect image or background for a presentation. With ImagineArt, you can generate exactly what you want, with incredible detail and with variations to choose from.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad ImagineArt is helping produce the right images and backgrounds for your presentation work in the civic and social organization space. "Not always easy to find that perfect image" is exactly the stock-library friction the platform is built to remove, so hearing that land is good signal.

On Workflows and the more advanced tools feeling complicated - fair, and it's the tradeoff of having depth available. The good news: you don't need to touch Workflows to get value from the platform. For the majority of use cases (background generation, presentation imagery, one-off assets), Image Studio + Imagine Apps templates cover the ground without any node-based complexity. Workflows becomes useful only when you have a repeatable multi-step process worth automating. For occasional or one-off work, staying in the simpler surfaces is often the right choice.

On long video generation times - that's genuine, since video models are significantly more compute-heavy than image generation. The newer fast-variant models (Seedance 2.0 Fast, Veo 3.1 Fast) generate noticeably quicker than the premium tiers without giving up much quality for exploration passes, and Ultimate and Creator plans include priority queue access. For long-form work specifically, a common workflow is to generate shorter clips separately and chain them in Film Studio, which produces better narrative continuity than trying to generate a single very long clip anyway.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 16. Easy, Affordable, and Backed by Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cornelius v. | Musician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Very easy to use and affordable. GReat support when needed nd the Ai is quite good

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Sometimes a bit slow to generate I need to refresh. And I would like to be able to make full 3- 5 min videos

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating great videos without actors.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Cornelius - really glad the ease of use, support, and affordability are working for you, especially for video generation without needing to coordinate actors.

On 3-5 minute videos - current AI video models max out at much shorter clip lengths than that (an industry-wide constraint right now, not just an ImagineArt thing). The way around it is chaining shots together - Film Studio is built specifically for this, with character consistency across scenes so you can construct a longer narrative from multiple clips. That's the closest workflow to a music-video-length flow today.

On slow generation requiring refresh - that sounds like a specific bug. Please share details (which model, what kind of refresh, browser/device) at support@imagine.art and we'll route it to the team.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 17. awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

i think it is the only plateforme that helped me generate consistant models and very awesome features and results

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

nothing yet , i think is my favourite place now

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i was looking to generate consistant avatars and images , and imagineart has that , not loosing details with high resolution images and videos

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad ImagineArt has become your favorite place for consistent model and avatar generation. Consistency is genuinely one of the hardest things to get right in AI generation, so hearing that it's the platform that finally solved it for you is great to hear.

Since consistency is central to your fashion work, two features worth making sure you're getting the most from: Personalize Character lets you train a custom model on your references so a specific model or avatar stays consistent across entire shoots and campaigns, and Fashion Studio is tuned specifically for editorial photography, lookbooks, flatlays, and product styling - it pairs well with consistent models for building cohesive fashion content. If you're already using these, you've found the core of what makes the platform strong for fashion; if not, they're worth exploring.

Thanks again - glad it's working so well for you.

 ### 18. Effortless High-Quality Visuals from Your Ideas

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

It turns ideas into high-quality visuals with very little effort.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Sometimes the generated images don’t fully match my prompt, so I have to retry a few times before I get the result I’m looking for.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of creating high-quality visuals without requiring advanced design skills or spending hours on manual editing.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad ImagineArt is helping turn ideas into high-quality visuals without needing design expertise. That's exactly the barrier the platform is built to reduce.

On generations not fully matching the prompt and needing retries - that's a common friction point, and there are a couple of tools that help cut down the retry cycles. The Prompt Enhancer (available from Basic plan upward) restructures your input automatically so the model lands closer on the first try. Reference-based generation is also very effective - upload a reference image of the visual direction you have in mind, and outputs stay much closer to it across multiple generations. And when a generation is mostly right except for one element, Edit Studio's inpaint lets you fix just that part instead of re-rolling the whole image, which is a significant credit and time saver.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 19. an important creative tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

It allows the crazy ideas, thoughts and projects in my head to be created and delivered for real.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

The platform seems to change quite regularly, its not always intuitive.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it does allow me to create reels, that i would never be able to do without. Although it take some fine tuning sometimes and even then it doesn't get it spot on!

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad ImagineArt is helping bring your ideas to life. That "crazy thoughts to delivered project" pipeline is what we're built around, so it's good to hear it's working.

On the platform changing regularly and not always being intuitive - that's fair, and it's feedback we've been hearing more of as the pace of new model releases and feature additions has picked up. The trade-off we're trying to balance is staying current with what's possible in AI versus giving users a stable interface to learn. Better in-app cuing when things move or get added is an active focus area. If there are specific moments where the experience tripped you up, sharing them at support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review) genuinely helps the design team prioritize.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 20. Time-Saving and Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I like that ImagineArt saves me time because I don't need to do a new photo shoot. I can just change my clothes through ImagineArt. Also, the setup was really easy.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Sometimes the videos don't accurately represent my face when I'm using one of my photos.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImagineArt saves me time by eliminating the need for new photo shoots. I can easily change clothes through the app, making our stage shows look realistic worldwide.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Jennifer - really glad the clothing-change workflow is saving you photo-shoot time for your stage show content.

On face accuracy in videos using your own photos - that's a common challenge with AI video. Two features help significantly here: Personalize Character lets you train a custom model on your likeness so face features hold consistent across generations, and Reference-based generation keeps outputs closer to a specific source image. Both produce noticeably better face accuracy than uploading a photo and prompting alone.

 ### 21. Great Website UI with Results That Match Expectations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Girish P. | Senior Design Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Website UI is really good.also result given is matching the expectations

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

I don’t like the pricing of subscriptions it is higher than peers

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While creating presentations we can add images we want as per context and that is possible with this

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Girish - really glad the UI is landing well and that results are matching expectations. "Results match expectations" is a deceptively big compliment for an AI tool, since managing that gap between what you picture and what you get is the hard part, so it's good to hear it's consistent for your presentation work.

On pricing being higher than peers - that's fair, and worth a bit of context on the comparison. The practical value usually isn't like-for-like: most peer tools specialize in one model or one capability, whereas ImagineArt bundles 50+ image, video, audio, editing, and upscaling models under one subscription. If you're comparing against a single-purpose image generator, the per-tool price looks higher; if you're comparing against the stack of tools it replaces, it usually works out favorably. That said, if you're finding specific plans priced above comparable multi-model platforms, that's genuinely useful competitive input - sharing specifics at support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review) helps. Two levers that bring the effective cost down meaningfully: yearly billing saves 30%, and the lower tiers (Basic at $9/month) cover presentation-image needs well without the higher-tier cost.

 ### 22. the best tool for create images and videos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I like creating videos to post on Instagram. I have a recurring character in the videos, and ImagineArt allows me to maintain the consistency of this character throughout the video.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

I think it lacks a tool like an eraser to erase elements from the image.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImagineArt has excellent video tools that respond satisfactorily to prompt commands. The image tools I use in my videos perfectly recreate movie characters.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the character consistency feature is keeping your recurring Instagram character looking the same across videos.

On the eraser tool - good news, that's something Edit Studio already offers. Object Removal lets you erase specific elements from an image, and Inpainting lets you erase and replace parts of an image with new content. Both work on existing generations. If those features aren't quite what you're looking for, share specifics at support@imagine.art and we'll route the feedback.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 23. Excelent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

ImagineArt makes it easy to bring detailed creative prompts to life. The reference image support and prompt control are excellent for getting consistent, high-quality results quickly.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Occasionally the output doesn't fully match fine details in the prompt, like exact contact points in action scenes. More precise control over physics-based effects would help.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Imagine Art model to generate realistic images

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review - really glad reference image support and prompt control are working well for your realistic image work.

On the fine-detail contact points and physics-based effects - that's genuinely sophisticated feedback, and it's one of the harder things for current diffusion models to nail. A few things that help: newer models like ImagineArt 2.0, Flux 2, and Seedream v4.5 handle physical interactions noticeably better than older ones. For action scenes, adding a pose or reference image of the specific contact moment usually anchors the geometry. And when the rest of the image is right but the contact zone is off, Edit Studio's inpainting can refine just that area without re-rolling the whole generation.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 24. Love this tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

A lot of features that allow to work in one tool without switching to others

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

A bit lagging in my computer, but its more memory problem

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm creating a lot of content, and that I have ability to create this content from Claude is the most needed feature!

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the all-in-one workspace is landing well for your entertainment work. Not having to switch between tools is one of the core things we're trying to solve, so hearing it's paying off is good signal.

On the lag - appreciate the honest framing that it may be a local memory issue. A few things that sometimes help: closing other browser tabs during heavy generation sessions (especially if you have multiple studios open), using Chrome or Edge over Safari for better web app performance, and doing a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) if the app has been open across many sessions. If it's still sluggish after that, worth flagging at support@imagine.art with your browser, OS, and roughly how much RAM your machine has - the engineering team can sometimes spot patterns that point to app-side issues even when it looks like a local memory problem.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 25. New business owner/user - Fashion Industry

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Most of the leading tools in one screen (Yet to use))

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Upscale image gave very poor image (uploaded 1080p picture gave out lower quality 720p or lower picture as 4K) I just tried once.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hope you will fix the upscaling issue.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - and welcome to ImagineArt as a new business owner in the fashion space. Glad having the leading models in one screen is appealing; there's a lot there for fashion work specifically once you dig in.

On the upscaling result - that's not the expected behavior, and worth getting to the bottom of. A 1080p input should upscale to a genuinely higher-resolution, more detailed output, not something that looks lower quality. A few things that can cause what you saw: some upscale modes are tuned for specific input types, and the wrong mode for a given image can soften it, and occasionally a display/preview issue makes an output look lower-res than the actual downloaded file. Since you tried it once, it's worth another attempt - and if it happens again, please send the original image and the upscaled result to support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review). The team can look at exactly what happened, confirm whether it's a bug or a settings issue, and make it right. Upscaling should improve your images, not degrade them, so this is worth reporting rather than leaving.

For fashion work once you're set up, Fashion Studio (editorial, lookbooks, flatlays, product styling) paired with ImagineArt 2.0 and Seedream v4.5 for photorealism tends to be the strongest combination - worth exploring when you get into it.

Thanks for flagging the upscaling issue, and I hope the follow-up gets it sorted.

 ### 26. really nice and most important thing is that it is improving everyday

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

The interface. It is super user friendly

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

All the things available at the same page. See other platforms, they have dvided the the image generations video geenrations and agents etc.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The content creation and most importantly the workflow agent

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the interface is landing as user-friendly, and that the platform improving day to day is coming through. The pace of updates is something we care about, so it's good to see it noticed.

On everything being on the same page versus separating image generation, video generation, and agents into distinct sections - that's genuinely useful product feedback, and you're pointing at a real design choice. There's a tradeoff: keeping everything together supports fluid cross-tool workflows (generate an image, animate it, edit it without switching contexts), but it can make the surface feel dense compared to platforms that compartmentalize each capability. Both approaches have merit. If you can share at support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review) how you'd ideally want things organized - separate workspaces per capability? a cleaner default view with tools grouped? - that's exactly the kind of concrete input the design team can work from. Feedback comparing the layout to how other platforms structure things is especially useful.

Thanks again for the feedback.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

 ### 28. Verey helpful way to find images

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

It is smart that i can find any image i want

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

At some point, I was confused about the payment requirements and whether I could share my account with multiple users.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I eaily find images i want to use in my curriculum work

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad ImagineArt is making it easy to find the right images for your curriculum work. Education is a use case we care about, and generating exactly the visual a lesson needs (rather than settling for whatever stock is available) is a real time-saver for teachers.

On the confusion around payment requirements and account sharing - that's fair, and worth clarifying. Rather than sharing a single login (which isn't really how the plans are built to work), the paid tiers include multiple team seats: Standard includes 3 seats, Ultimate includes 6, so multiple people can each have their own access under one plan. That's the proper way to set up shared use for, say, a group of teachers or a department. On payment specifically, if you can tell the team what was unclear at support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review), that helps them fix the messaging - and if you're using this for a school or department, it's worth asking about education options at the same time, since there may be paths that fit educational use better than standard individual plans.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 30. It has evolved into a very good AI Image creator and more, I'm proud I was there when it started.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I can generate anything I can imagine and describe.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

sometimes it doesn't understand some crazy ideas when merging two creatures into one... but her...that is already complex for me...

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can generate images of every character found in my imaginary world.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - and it means a lot that you've been around since the early days. Watching the platform evolve from a simple image creator into a full creative suite has been a ride, and having long-time users who were there at the start makes it more meaningful. Glad it's grown into something that keeps up with what you can imagine.

On merging two creatures into one - that's genuinely one of the harder things to ask of an image model, since it requires the model to blend two distinct anatomies coherently rather than just placing them side by side. A few things that help: the newer models (ImagineArt 2.0, Flux 2, Nano Banana Pro) handle complex and unusual compositions noticeably better than older ones. Reference-based generation can also help - if you upload reference images of both creatures, the model has more to anchor to when blending. And for the trickiest hybrids, generating a base creature first and then using Edit Studio to modify specific parts (adding wings, changing a head, blending textures) sometimes lands better than trying to describe the full hybrid in one prompt.

Really glad ImagineArt is helping you bring your imaginary world to life - that's exactly the kind of creative use we love to see.

 ### 31. Great AI tool for creative work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sibgha M. | AI Video Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

The variety of styles and creative outputs available.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

The platform is great overall, but sometimes the generated images don’t perfectly match the prompt, which can require a few retries.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImagineArt solves the challenge of creating professional-quality visuals without needing advanced design tools or skills. It helps me quickly turn ideas into images, making my workflow much more efficient

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the variety of styles and creative outputs are working for your workflow.

On prompt-to-output match - Reference-based generation often gets closer results than prompts alone (upload an image embodying the look you want, and outputs match that direction). The Prompt Enhancer also refines your input automatically to reduce retries.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the interface, Film Studio, and Workflows are all landing well for your media production work. Getting no criticism at all in a review is rare (and appreciated), but genuinely more valuable is knowing which specific features are doing the heavy lifting - Film Studio and Workflows being called out by name helps the team know what to keep investing in.

 ### 33. High-Quality, Accurate Content—But Subscription Plans Feel Pricey

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Misani L. | Learning and Development Coordinator Intern, Banking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

It generates high quality content accurately with the users prompt

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

The subscription plans are too expensive

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps generate quality content for creatives who knows what they want but have no graphic design skills

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review, Misani - really glad ImagineArt generates high-quality, accurate content from your prompts. The way you framed the problem it solves - "for creatives who know what they want but have no graphic design skills" - is honestly one of the clearest descriptions of who the platform is for that we've seen.

On the subscription plans feeling expensive - that's fair feedback. A few things worth knowing that bring the effective cost down: yearly billing saves 30% over monthly, which is the single biggest lever, and the Basic plan at $9/month is a genuine low-cost entry point that unlocks the premium models. It's also worth knowing the Free plan gives 100 credits that refresh every 24 hours, so there's a real no-cost tier to keep using. And since you're in a learning and development role, if this is for educational or training content, it's worth asking about education options at support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review) - there may be paths that fit that use better than standard plans.

Thanks again for the feedback.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 35. Audio support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Animation

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Which allows me to generate dialogues for my animations

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

I can't generate voices for fantasy animals, like orcs or dinosaurs, nor can I generate videos without being a PRO user

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I write the dialogue and get the audio for my animations so my viewers can better understand my stories.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad Audio Studio is helping with dialogue generation for your animations. That use case sits right in the sweet spot of what voice tools are good for in storytelling.

On fantasy creature voices like orcs or dinosaurs - that's a real gap with current TTS technology generally. Most voice models are trained on human speech and don't handle creature vocalizations or stylized monster voices well. One workaround some creators use: generate the base dialogue with a deeper or more textured human voice, then process it through pitch shifting, growl effects, or vocal layering in a separate audio editor for the final creature character. It's an extra step, but the dialogue intent and timing come from ImagineArt, and the creature treatment is added on top. Worth flagging the use case to the audio team though - if there's enough demand for stylized non-human voices, that's the kind of feature that could land on the roadmap.

On video generation requiring a paid plan - that's correct. Video models are significantly more expensive to run than image or audio (an order of magnitude more compute per generation), which is why they live behind a paid tier. The Basic plan at $9/month unlocks them, and yearly billing brings that down further. If video is core to your animation workflow, even the entry tier opens up the full Video Studio with Kling 3.0 Pro, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3.1, and the others.

Thanks again for the feedback.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

My computer screen layout is limited so i feel i miss some tools available

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

new fresh content, but overcome the creative block

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad ImagineArt is redefining your creativeness and helping you overcome creative block with fresh content. "Uninhibited power to produce" is a great way to put it, and helping break through the blank-page moment is one of the most valuable things the tool can do.

On your screen layout limiting which tools you can see - that's useful feedback, and worth troubleshooting. A few things that often help: zooming out in your browser (Ctrl/Cmd and the minus key) can reveal tools that are pushed off-screen at higher zoom levels, and collapsing any side panels can free up room. If you're on a smaller or lower-resolution screen, the interface may be crowding tools out of view. If you can tell the team your screen size or resolution at support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review), that helps them make sure the layout adapts better to smaller displays - the tools should all be reachable regardless of screen size.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On the panel being a bit hard to use at first - that's fair, and it's feedback we hear from people getting started. Two things that make it easier fast: Imagine Apps gives you 100+ one-click templates that skip the setup entirely and go straight to finished results, and the Prompt Enhancer handles input refinement automatically so you don't have to figure out the "right" way to phrase things. Both let you get value without learning the full panel first. **What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

INTERPRETATION - ACCURACY TO PROMPT - EASE OF USE BUT YOU NEED A "GO TO TOP" BUTTON !

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

TOO SLOW COMPARED TO SIMILAR COMPETITIVE APPS AND . . . . MORE EXPENSIVE

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EASE OF PROMPTING AND INTERPRETATION OF PROMPT

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the interpretation accuracy, prompt handling, and ease of use are landing. Those three together are the core experience we're trying to nail, so it's good to hear all three are working.

On the "Go to top" button - genuinely useful ask, and the kind of small UX gap that's easy to overlook once you're deep in a page with a long generation history. That's noted, and if you can email support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review) with which specific pages need it most (dashboard, asset library, studios), the design team can prioritize where to add it first.

On generation speed - fair, and depends heavily on model choice. The newer fast-variant models (Nano Banana Pro for images, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Veo 3.1 Fast for video) generate noticeably quicker than the premium tiers without giving up much quality for exploration work. Ultimate and Creator plans also include priority queue access, which cuts wait times further during busy periods.

On pricing versus competitors - worth flagging that yearly billing brings the effective monthly cost down 30%, and the practical comparison is often less like-for-like than it appears: most competitors specialize in one or two model families, whereas ImagineArt includes 50+ image, video, audio, editing, and upscaling models under one subscription. If you were previously spending across multiple tools, the consolidated cost usually works out favorably. That said, if you're finding specific features priced meaningfully above competitors, that's useful feedback to share at the same support email.

Thanks again for the review.

 ### 44. Largely positive user experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Access to various image generation tools, especially GPT Image 2 - the quality is far superior to all the others.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

I'm not totally in love with the UI. I'd love to elaborate, but it would take too long to explain.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating consistent characters while also maintaining a high level of quality.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad GPT Image 2 quality is working for your character consistency work. We try to keep the model lineup competitive across the latest releases.

On the UI feedback - we'd love to hear it even if it takes some explaining. The "too long to explain" answer often hides the most useful specifics, so if you change your mind, please share at support@imagine.art. Even a few bullet points on what doesn't feel right helps the design team a lot.

For consistent character work, Personalize Character is worth a look if you haven't tried it - you train a custom model on a character's look once, and outputs hold consistent across scenes, poses, and prompts.

Thanks again for the feedback.

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

The interface, the image creations, incredibly easy to turn static images into videos with sound. Really happy with 90% or generations and outputs!

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

I dont want to stop and smell the flowers lol

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy and fast to output a full video with sound without using other platforms - it's time saving

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the image-to-video-with-sound flow is saving you time and that 90% of generations are landing well. End-to-end output in one platform without bouncing between tools is exactly the workflow we're building for.

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

it is clean, fast but unable to use api endpoint

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

unable to use api endpoint.. it if failing to generate api key

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it generates image resources for me

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - glad the platform feels clean and fast for generating image resources.

On the API endpoint and API key issue - worth clarifying, because it's a source of confusion: ImagineArt doesn't currently offer a public generation API with developer API keys, which is why key generation isn't working (it's not a bug on your end). The integration surfaces we do offer are different: App Builder lets you turn a Workflow into a team-ready app with a custom interface (useful if you're trying to make generation available to others in a structured way), and we have an MCP server that connects ImagineArt generation directly to Claude, so you can trigger image and video generation from within a conversation. Neither is a REST API, but depending on what you're building, one of them may cover your use case.

If a programmatic generation API is specifically what you need for your development work, that's genuinely useful signal - please reach out at support@imagine.art (reference this G2 review) and let the team know what you'd want to build with it. Developer demand is exactly the kind of input that shapes whether and how an API gets prioritized.

Thanks for the feedback.

 ### 47. Very helpful image and video creation options. Good preset features to work with.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Film Studio. Lots of great features especially with camera and lens options to apply.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

The content creation time tends to be longer than desired at times.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to act as a director when managing the content I create.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad Film Studio's camera and lens controls are landing for you. The "act as a director" framing is exactly the experience we're trying to build, so it's good to hear it's coming through.

On generation time - fair point, especially when you're iterating on cinematic shots and need to see results fast to keep momentum. A few options that help: the newer fast-variant models (Seedance 2.0 Fast, Veo 3.1 Fast) generate noticeably quicker than the premium tiers without giving up much quality for exploration passes, so a common workflow is to block out shots with a fast model and switch to a premium one for the final renders you keep. Ultimate and Creator plans also include priority queue access, which cuts wait times further during busy periods.

Thanks again for the feedback.

 ### 48. A complete creative AI platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

I have been on the CPP for many months and Imagine Art keeps on bringing more useful tools for creators to use.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Nothing, maybe better voiceover ai options for more regions like Australia?

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Imagine Art is allowing me to create AI videos and images for my clients.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review and for being part of the Creative Partnership Program. Glad the steady stream of new tools is staying useful for your client work.

On regional voice options (Australian specifically) - fair ask, and worth flagging to the audio team. Voice cloning in Audio Studio can take a reference if you have an Australian voice sample to work with, but pre-built regional voice variety is something we can improve on. Share more in the partnership channel if there are specific accents or regions you'd want prioritized.

Thanks again for the kind words.

 ### 49. I'm New user

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Easy to create model, just generate and edit in one platform

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

Website not smooth on android maybe good on PC or laptop

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm new and I'm participating contest

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad the generate-and-edit-in-one-platform experience is landing well as you get started. Being new to a platform and finding it approachable is a good sign for the first-run experience.

On the website not being smooth on Android - that's fair, and mobile performance is a known focus area. The web app is currently optimized more heavily for desktop, and the dedicated Android app (available on Google Play) tends to work better on mobile than the browser experience. Worth trying that if you haven't already. If specific things feel rough - which pages lag, which actions freeze - sharing them at support@imagine.art with this G2 review referenced helps the mobile team prioritize.

Good luck with the contest - hope ImagineArt helps you create something great for it.

 ### 50. I love ImagineArt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about ImagineArt?**

Kling works great and Nano Banana 2 are the best.

**What do you dislike about ImagineArt?**

I don't like the assets being animated. It tends to make the website chunk or shutdown. Maybe not gif the thumbnails.

**What problems is ImagineArt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems yet. It used to be 50K but 30K is fine.

**Official Response from Asad Malik:**

> Thank you for the review - really glad Kling and Nano Banana 2 are working well for you.

On the animated thumbnails causing performance issues - useful to know there's already a fix available. Right-click on any video thumbnail and you'll get the option to disable autoplay. That should stop the chunking and stability issues you're hitting.

Thanks again for the feedback.
