One thing I like about Imagineart is how simple it is to turn an idea into a visual without going through complicated steps. The interface feels straightforward, and I can quickly try different styles until something clicks. I hate the service! I have signed to the plan as I was looking for something specific, there is no option to try the software even for 5 minutes. So I had to pay to see if that's what I needed.

Within 10 minutes I have realised this isn't what I needed and I wrote to the company which is even within their own Terms and Conditions where it states 30 minutes cooling off period.

To this date I can not get my money back. It has been 3 months that the company is refusing the refund!
