The AI-powered features have been particularly valuable, helping us automate routine tasks, surface useful insights, and save our team a considerable amount of time especially when a lot of our staff are on the phones doing what they do best. **What do you dislike about Imagine AI?** The AI-powered features creates actions summaries after each call, and so it means there's more actions for me to do! But I wouldn't call that a negative at all because it saves me from having to remember I have to do something! **What problems is Imagine AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time.
