Exhibitors can segment and distribute leads immediately and customize their follow-up using specified demographics and qualifiers. The platform is less user friendly and making it difficult to navigate and utilize for someone like me who is relatively new to this. The leads provided are of low quality with a low conversion rate. **What do you dislike about iLeads?** Tthe customer support team is not accessible to assist and provide advice. One major drawback is the customer support. It is quite frustrating when issues arise and we receive unhelpful responses, which hampers our ability to make use of the platform and maintain smooth business operations. **What problems is iLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?** The user interface feels outdated and unintuitive posing problem in extracting insights. iLeads has truly been obstructive for my business. It claims to generate, distribute, and sell a range of leads it lacks transparency when it comes to the sources and quality of these leads. This lack of information makes it difficult to evaluate the reliability. **What problems is iLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?** iLeads does provide features for monitoring and following up with prospects at events it falls short in terms of customization and personalization. iLeads has not solved the problems of prospecting and lead generation, for my business. And easy to use this software.We can able to analysis data with this software. **What do you dislike about iLeads?** If barcodes are not printed on your event's badges, scanning will not be available , I think in this movement use badge id.
