It is very useful to see the row data with sorted and some proper filtering in the dashboard. Also, there are many types supported for various kinds of data. Also, there is some issue like sometimes there shows a glitch and incorrect data. The dashboard really comes handy when I am in a hurry. **What do you dislike about iKAN Virtual Document Center?** The UI of the tool is something which I didn't like and feel it needs to be improved because as a new user one needs to first read and understand all features and then only they will be comfortable using it. It is made up of three core software applications: capture, process, and route which help you to combine and automate corporate processes to save time and money. It reduces our dependency on Git and drive storage. **What do you dislike about iKAN Virtual Document Center?** The worst thing about iKan’s Virtual Document Center is that it does not provide live support, and I can't retrieve documents from mobile devices or use documents on macOS. **What problems is iKAN Virtual Document Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company is working on ML (NLP), so we require a large amount of CSV and PDF data to train our ML model. Its Plus link toolbar grants uninterrupted access to iKAN Virtual document center functions. It makes the traditional document processing much secure and accessible by its explicit three-stage data processing, i.e., Capture, Process, and route the faster data. **What do you dislike about iKAN Virtual Document Center?** iKAN doesn't support MAC, iOS, and Android.
