Ignis Reviews & Product Details

Ignis Ignis is social media management for people who run accounts for other people. One agency, many clients, each with their own accounts, their own calendar, their own approvals and their own numbers. It also works perfectly well if the only client you have is yourself. Most tools in this category are built for one brand and then stretched to fit an agency. Ignis is the other way round. A client workspace is the unit everything hangs off: connections belong to a client, the calendar is per client, the inbox is per client, analytics roll up per client and then across the ones you are allowed to see. Adding the fifth client is the same amount of work as adding the second. One inbox for every conversation Direct messages, comments and mentions from every connected account land in a single list, one client at a time, with whoever has waited longest at the top. You reply from the same screen you triage on. There is no second tab, no switching between apps, and no wondering which account a message belongs to. Every conversation carries an assignee, tags and a status, so two people never answer the same person twice, and nobody has to ask in a group chat whether someone has picked this one up. Ignis also tells you the truth about reply windows. Most platforms only let you reply freely for a limited time after someone messages you. Instagram and Messenger give you twenty four hours from the person's last message. After that, only an approved template can go. Ignis shows the time you have left before you start typing, and when the window closes the reply box locks with the reason written on it, rather than letting you compose something that would be silently refused. Knowing you have three hours left to answer someone is more useful than discovering tomorrow that you could not. Saved replies are one click. Attachments work. Threads keep their history. Write once, publish to eight platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Reddit and WhatsApp. Write the post once, choose where it goes, and Ignis handles the rest. The shared caption is the starting point, not the whole story. Override the copy, the media or the first comment on any single platform without duplicating the post. The version that reads well on LinkedIn does not have to be the version that goes to TikTok. Every platform has rules, and Ignis knows them before you hit publish rather than after. A Reddit title stops at three hundred characters. A Threads post stops at five hundred. Aspect ratios, file sizes, formats and video lengths are all checked up front, on the platform's own terms, so a post fails in the composer where you can fix it instead of at two in the morning when it was meant to go out. Each destination publishes on its own. If Instagram accepts the post and LinkedIn refuses it, the Instagram post still goes. You get the exact error the platform returned, in plain words, on the post itself, and you retry that one destination rather than the whole thing. A calendar per client, in their own timezone Plan a month at a time and rearrange it by dragging. Drafts, scheduled posts and everything already published sit on the same grid, so you can see the shape of a month rather than a list of pending jobs. Scheduling runs on each client's own clock. A café in Dubai posting at 6:30pm and an atelier in Paris posting at 6:30pm are two different moments, and Ignis treats them that way. You never do the arithmetic yourself, and nothing goes out three hours early because of a daylight saving change. Every post shows exactly where it is: drafted, scheduled, waiting for approval, media ready, submitting, published. When something is held, the reason is on the post. Approvals, and a portal your client will actually use A post nobody approved cannot go out. That is enforced where it matters, on the server at the moment of publishing, not as a reminder in the interface. The client portal is a white-label link on your own branding. Your client opens it, reviews what is queued, comments on it, approves or asks for a change. No login, no password reset, no seat on your plan, no software for them to learn. If you have ever lost a week to a client who could not remember which email their account used, this is the fix. The portal is included on Growth and Agency at no extra cost. Automations you can read Build a flow on a canvas: a trigger, then conditions, delays, branches and actions. You can see the whole thing at a glance, which matters more than it sounds, because the automation you cannot read is the one nobody dares change six months later. The ready-made conditions are the ones people actually ask for. Only their first message. Only if they follow you. Only if the message contains any of these words. Then act: reply, send a private reply to a comment, tag the contact, assign it to someone, set the status, wait a day and follow up. Every send is checked against the platform's own messaging rules at the moment it runs, not at the moment you drew the flow. A rule that would have been fine yesterday and is not allowed today is refused rather than attempted, and the run records why. Analytics that tell you how they were counted Followers, reach, views and interactions, per client and summed across every account you are allowed to see. Pick up to four metrics and each one gets its own chart and its own scale, instead of four series flattened onto one axis where the small one is a straight line along the bottom. Every figure carries the day it is settled through and which accounts reported it. When an account stops reporting, Ignis says so instead of drawing a flat line and letting you think engagement collapsed. When a number cannot be compared to the previous period because the accounts behind it changed, it says that too. Export any client to CSV or Excel. Editors in the browser An image editor with layers, text, gradients, shapes and brand kits, so the post you are writing does not need a round trip through another tool and a designer who is on holiday. A video editor with a timeline, cuts, audio and captions. Split a clip, detach the audio from the picture, trim, reorder, export. Brand kits hold a client's colours, fonts and logos, so the person drafting at 9pm produces something that looks like the client rather than something that looks like a draft. AI that drafts, and a person who sends AI writes captions, replies and scripts in the client's voice, from a brief and a tone. It drafts. A person presses send. Nothing goes out on its own, and nothing is published because a model thought it should be. AI runs on a monthly credit budget, so it cannot quietly become your largest bill. Roles, and only the clients they should see Five roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Editor and Viewer. On top of the role, access is granted per client. Give a freelancer one client, read only, and that is the only client they can see: not greyed out, not hidden behind a filter, simply not there. One login reaches every workspace you are allowed into. Switching client takes one click and no second password. One search box reaches across them: type a few letters and get the client, the post, the conversation or the asset, from wherever it lives. Pricing, in AED, without a maze Basic is free. One seat, one client workspace, three connected accounts, thirty posts a month, on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You can read the inbox. It is free indefinitely, not for fourteen days, and it does not ask for a card. Growth is AED 49 a month, or AED 490 a year. Ten seats, unlimited posts, all eight platforms, the full inbox with replies, automations, both editors and the white-label portal. Agency starts at AED 49 a month and covers one client workspace and ten members. Each additional client workspace is AED 29 a month. Each member past ten is AED 5.50 a month. So five clients is AED 165 a month, ten clients is AED 310, and thirty clients is AED 890. You build the plan you need rather than jumping a tier to unlock one thing. Annual is ten months for twelve, on both paid plans. Growth and Agency are billed in advance. Cancel within three days of your first payment and you can ask for a full refund. After that, fees are final.
