They understand that cookies alone are becoming less reliable as a tracking method. I love how iDev has addressed this by implementing additional tracking options, such as IP logs and email addresses. This software also integrates seamlessly with all the systems we use. Once you get accustomed to how the platform works, it’s incredibly easy to navigate and use. What truly sets iDev apart, though, is their outstanding support! They went above and beyond by providing custom development for features we needed but that weren’t originally part of the software. For example, they added custom data to emails, integrated iPayout as a payment option for us, and even ensured that our users’ past affiliate links from our old system still worked in this new one. They’re currently working on additional features we’ve requested, which is a testament to their flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. I absolutely love this software and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a robust affiliate program with exceptional support! **What do you dislike about iDevAffiliate?** What’s amazing about iDev is that the things we initially didn’t like were addressed through custom solutions! We simply asked them if they could make changes, and they tailored the software to meet our needs. So, anything we disliked is no longer an issue. How cool is that? **What problems is iDevAffiliate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed robust affiliate tracking beyond just cookies, and iDev delivered with IP logs and email tracking. We also required a way to pay affiliates through iPayout Ewallet, which they provided seamlessly. Additionally, we needed automated notification emails to inform affiliates when they made sales, and iDev handles this perfectly. On top of that, we had unique needs that required custom solutions, and iDev went above and beyond to accommodate them. ### 2. The features are very next level and useful. Customer support was very good. There is a lot of implementation to do with iDev and I wish that it could be plug and play. **What problems is iDevAffiliate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer Acquisition: iDev helps ICON reach new customers by leveraging a network of affiliates who market the products or services. This is especially useful for ICON Meals, when we want to expand our customer base but don't have the resources or expertise to market widely ourselves. It works well with Social Media with its various marketing possibilities for Facebook, templates for email campaigns, banner ads, and text templates. **What do you dislike about iDevAffiliate?** The customization of the front end is difficult to use, there is a learning curve to set it up and it is hard to match it to your website. The templates are not all compatible with my website templates. **Recommendations to others considering iDevAffiliate:** Research and see who else is using iDEVAffiliate to see if it fits your needs. I have used it for 10 years for multiple applications and love it. It is definitely worth the small investment. I have seen an improvement in a lot of my client's experience, their sales have increased and they are happier they can manage their marketing and tracking themselves and are attracting the right traffic more page views, With IDEVAffiliate my clients are able to reach potential customers globally and manage their payouts and commissions effectively. **What problems is iDevAffiliate solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease of use is the greatest benefit to this software, It is easy for both the developer and end user to set up and use ultimately making it easier for us to work on multiple projects at once. Because of that, my clients are able to manage their campaigns themselves. The marketing is more successful leading to an increase in sales for my clients.
