Once you get accustomed to how the platform works, it’s incredibly easy to navigate and use. What truly sets iDev apart, though, is their outstanding support! They went above and beyond by providing custom development for features we needed but that weren’t originally part of the software. For example, they added custom data to emails, integrated iPayout as a payment option for us, and even ensured that our users’ past affiliate links from our old system still worked in this new one. They’re currently working on additional features we’ve requested, which is a testament to their flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction.
