RevCue Reviews & Product Details

Freelance video editors, content creators, UGC producers, social video creators, and motion designers lose an average of $3,000–$8,000 per year to scope creep — clients who treat "one more small change" as free. RevCue is the only video review platform that solves this automatically. Here's what happens when you share a RevCue review link: your client watches the video and leaves feedback with no account or download required. RevCue's AI — powered by Claude — reads every comment in real time and compares it against your original project brief. The moment a client requests work outside the brief — an extra cut, a new format, a reshooted sequence — RevCue fires a scope alert and prompts you to generate a change order in one tap. The client approves from their phone. Stripe processes the payment. You get back to editing. Average time from scope alert to paid change order: under 4 minutes. RevCue also includes the only native portrait mode player for vertical video review — built for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts creators whose clients are still reviewing vertical content in letterboxed desktop windows. Plus timestamped voice note comments, moodboard collaboration before editing begins, revision round limits per project, and full version history with client approval tracking. Unlike Frame.io, Wipster, Vimeo Review, Krock.io, and Filestage — which are built for production teams and have zero scope protection — RevCue is built for the solo operator who needs to protect their income, not just store their files. Free plan includes 1 project, AI scope detection, change orders, portrait review, voice notes, and moodboard. No credit card required.
